The owner Richard is very rude. When the driver delivered the wrong jumper for my daughters birthday party, he was not willing to fix the situation by sending me the correct one. He offered to give me a discount on my next order. That doesn’t help me today. Cheap jumpers and terrible customer service!

I would give them a zero if I could. Ordered a jumper and 40 chairs to rent. Showed up with the jumper and no chairs. No apologies, no reason, they could not have cared less. Spoke to the owner who was useless. I would NEVER rent from them again. Beware of unprofessional conduct.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I placed my order 5 days in advance and confirmed the drop off for between 7AM and 10AM that Sunday. 10:30AM came around so I called the 1 – 800 number that was supposed to be open 7 days a week and the office was CLOSED! I had no way to contact the company, and I was freaking out because my daughters party was at 1PM and the bounce house was the main event. I finally got a hold of the 1 – 800 number after the party had started and the guy seemed a little concerned, and asked me 3 times if anyone called or showed up. NO THEY DIDN’T! He said he would talk to the manager and call me back. The manager called me back and said they delivered the bounce house at 10:30AM. I said they most certainly did not — I was here. The guy said the driver stated they delivered to my backyard, and I said no, and he said YOU MUST BE MISTAKEN!!! WTF seriously? So he said he would call the driver and ask him to take a picture of the jumper in my backyard — I said GO AHEAD! I called back two hours later and asked for the picture, and the manager made some excuses about the order being lost and that he was away rescuing a dog etc. I don’t care WTF you were doing, you ALMOST RUINED my kids birthday party she had been looking forward to for weeks. Thank god I was able to call another local company that delivered RIGHT ON TIME and in time for the party, otherwise I would have driven out to this companies main office and let them friggin have it. They have promised me a refund so I will keep an eye out for it, but it just doesn’t seem like enough for my stress, and it would certainly not make up for it if we were not able to get another company to deliver.

Sad to say, this company is unprofessional, useless and should not be in business. I would give 0 stars if possible.
We ordered a Minion Bounce House 2 weeks ago for a 3^rd birthday party that just happened yesterday. I received the email confirmation and confirmed online. Delivery was set for 8:30AM to 10:00AM. By 9:30AM, I called Jump for Fun to double check on the delivery. Spoke to Bertha and she confirmed the delivery was en route, and to call back later if needed. I called again, just before 10:00AM to check status, and was told to call back after 10:00AM — and our party starts at 11:00AM.
10:00AM — no bounce house. Called Jump for Fun again, and they were calling the driver to confirm, and they kept me hold for 5mins, and they couldn’t reach the driver — mind you, we’re still setting up for the party. Thanks to other professional vendors, all of our other deliveries were early and on time — but NOT JUMP FOR FUN.
10:45Am — still no bounce house (45mins late). Called again, spoke to Bertha, was placed on hold for almost 10mins. Finally the «manager», Gibson, answers and was awkward, disoriented, rude and unprofessional. At this point, he tells me, they don’t have a driver for my area — yet, when I confirmed the order, my zip code worked, and I have an email/​web confirmation from them. Then he says, they tried calling me earlier to let me know they couldn’t deliver today — a BOLD FACED LIE. They said they called early, at 7:00AM, and no answer. Complete BS, as 1) I was talking to our balloon vendor by 7:00AM and had my phone on me 2) no missed calls 3) no voicemail messages 4) I called and spoke to their offices 3 times that morning and no mention at 9:30AM and on, that the driver cancelled. Gibson just decided to make up the lies to cover themselves, and when I confronted him about it, he had no response, no recourse, no apology, nothing. What he did do, was blame Bertha, when I told him i talked to his office 3 times that morning, and there was no update on a «driver that fizzled out» — his exact words. This is a pathetic business, taking advantage of their consumers. Also note, they wanted cash only — so who knows how reputable they are and if they are even reporting income.
Needless to say, Gibson is useless, the company is weak and unprofessional. After our conversation, I ended up calling another vendor who was able to deliver another bounce house — all within an hour, within the same price range. Thank you Party On! rentals — professional, great customer service, and made our party a success!
All parents, party planners, event/​meeting services, beware of this so-​called company. I recommend strongly that you avoid this company, and find others that will take your business seriously and actually show up, as committed.

Like many others I, too, was completely underwhelmed by this company. I ordered a Triple Sport activity bouncer for my son’s birthday party and a deposit was made at the time of order. I received a confirmation email to which I replied that I would be paying the balance in cash upon delivery. The delivery was scheduled between 7am — 11am. At 10:40 it had not arrived so I called to make sure it was on it way. No one in their office could reach the driver to find out if he was even headed our way. I was told «they still have 20 minutes so just wait and see»…no sense of urgency or concern.
At 11:05 I called again to report they had not arrived. They advised they «finally got in touch with the driver and he’ll be there in 15 minutes». When it was finally delivered, the «triple sport» bouncer had no balls to correspond with the 3 sports that you are supposed to be able to play on it! We were told that the warehouse was in LA and there was no way to get any. We had to make an unplanned run to the store and ask friends to bring balls to our party! How embarrassing!
In addition, the drivers (who were late!) were completely rude and unapologetic. We told them how we wanted the bouncer set up in the backyard and they laid it out. We told them it was facing the wrong way and they gave us attitude and inflated it anyway… facing the wrong way!
At 11:40, I called the office to advise of my dissatisfaction with the fact that the bouncer had just arrived, the attitude of the drivers and the fact that the bouncer appeared to be missing balls and was placed on hold while they found the owner.
Now I’m not sure where this guy learned his customer service skills, but he might want to consider taking another course. He pretty much tried to make the whole situation my problem and wasn’t at all interested in hearing my concerns or helping. I ended up hanging up on he arrogant tool… and he’s the OWNER!
To top it all off, they charged my credit card for the balance rather than taking the cash that I agreed to pay.
I would NOT recommend using this company if you want to enjoy your party. They just create too much unnecessary stress and you may or may not get what you order on time… or at all. The owner has no business running a business, especially a party business. DON’T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is pathetic! I do not understand how they even stay in business. My biggest regret is not reading all the Unilocal reviews BEFORE we booked with them.
We held a company party today for 250 people, including family members. We had advertised to the kids that we would have bouncy houses at the party. Jump For Fun was supposed to be there at noon but they never showed up at all! We kept calling to find out where they were and we kept getting some lame excuse that they couldn’t reach the driver.
This was such a disappointment. So many of the little kids, including my own, were crushed that they didn’t get to play in the bouncy houses.
My only hope is that our review will save someone else from having the same experience! Please do not use them!!!

I rented a jumper from them in the past and had a pleasant experience. Don’t know what happened since then but I will NEVER rent a jumper from them again! They were supposed to deliver the jumper between 8 am-​12 pm. My party started at 1 pm. I made multiple calls and was told the driver was delayed. Well, he didn’t arrive until 2:30 pm!!! I was credited $ 20 for the loss of time but money cannot replace the stress of having to be on hold for 20 minutes during the party when I should have been enjoying my daughter’s birthday! Then, I get a call from the driver at 11 pm asking if it wild be ok to pick up the jumper in the morning! Do NOT waste your time renting from this company!!!

YET TO SEE MY MONEY REFUNDED! I used this company for SEVERAL years. Started going sour the last 2 years. Let me back track. last year on the 4^th of july they delivered a jumper with a motor that did not work. Called them right away to have someone out to replace the motor. After 10 or so disconnects with them i finally got through. Several hours later someone came out. They did not pick up the jumper till after 5 days. That’s including the day before on the 3^rd and picked it up on the 7^th. Sounds stupid to complain about that however it was killing my grass. This year we ordered a bouncer dunk tank and cottan Candy Machine. Bouncer came the day before the scheduled event. Driver said they would be back with the cotten candy machine and dunk tank that evening. Went to bed around 12 – 1 am no dunk tank and no cottan candy machine. Woke up around 830 am and found dunk tank was delivered but no cottan candy machine. Party started at 12 noon ready to use the dunk tank and come to find out doesnt work. Latch on it was broken. So… I called again same as last year didnt get throught till atleast 6 or seven disconnects later. Long story short. Dunk tank was not working, cottan candy not delivered. YET stil NO refund. Called the day after for a refund Vanessa said it would be refunded take about 2 days. Called on the following Monday said it will be refunded still not done. Called againg today the 13^th of JULY and a gal named Binta said she cannot refund me the money. The Owner needs to do it who’s name is Richard. I gave her my number and still no call back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Worst Company EVER! Ordered a bounce house for the 4^th of July and it never arrived. Have filed a complaint with the BBB!!! We had a block party for the Holiday and a full neighborhood of very disappointed kids! They are very dishonest! When I placed the order I was asked if it was ok if the bounce house could be delivered on Friday the 3^rd instead of Saturday the 4^th because they were going to be busy. I said sure and asked when it would be picked up and they said they would pick it up on Sunday the 5^th. I asked what time on Friday they would deliver because I would be busy getting things for the Block Party and they said between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. 1 p.m. came and we had not received the bouncer. I called around 2 confirming order and asking when they thought it would arrive. The girl who answers their phone took my order number and said she had to contact the driver, put me on hold, and then came back on the line and told me our order was on the truck and should be in route. I called again around 5 p.m. and the message said that they were closed and there was no voice mail and phone just disconnected. We started calling again in the morning of the 4^th. The same girl answered the phone and said that there was a note on the account and that we now had to contact the owner and that’s all she would say. We asked her what that meant and she just kept saying we needed to contact the owner Richard. She gave us his number. We called and got voicemail so we left a message. I screen shot our contract and text it to him asking for status of our order and to please call us back and let us know if we would be receiving a bounce house for our block party. I tried calling main number again the girl just kept saying she had no information and to call «Richard» the owner. We called the owner back one more time and his voicemail was full. Which tells me we were not the only people to not receive a bounce house for the Holiday! SO SAD!!!

BE WARNED!!! First and last time I will rent something from this place. We reserved a dunk tank for 4^th of July months in advanced and put a deposit to guarantee it, we’ll like everyone else’s story it never showed up. They said were not the only ones that aren’t getting what they ordered and we can go pick it up and he would knock off a couple of bucks, so when I told him we we’re on our way he said all the dunk tanks he had were broke! So no dunk tank, no apologies no nothing. Worst customer service ever. The owner Richard couldn’t care less about the whole situation, it seems he’s used to this already.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. We were supposed to get our jumper at 1 pm today for our holiday block party. No one bothered to call us and we attempted to contact them for hours. By 3:45 we finally got a hold of a very rude person who answers the phone and didn’t even apologize. Instead she said that we aren’t getting our jumper today because the driver didn’t come in. I asked if anyone could help deliver it even several hours late and she said no. I asked if we could get a hold of the owner and she gave me his cell. No surprise he didn’t answer and his mailbox was full. I texted him three times and asked him to call me and no response. I called again to the business and they said they can’t do anything to help me and they attempted to try and deliver it to us three days early but we didn’t want a jumper in front of our house for three days so that’s our fault. All the kids are truly disappointed. This business is the absolute worst. They don’t show up, charge us, didn’t apologize for any of it and the owner won’t even acknowledge my request for a call back. If this was my business, I’d be delivering the jumpers to all the people who didn’t get theirs on time with a personal apology. Don’t use this business if you want to save face. They will ruin your party for you!!!

We ordered a jumper for the 4^th and they took a deposit to guarantee delivery. They never showed up. After making many calls and them promising they would be on there way since 11am this morning, they call at 5pm are not coming. We have a ton of kids here who are crying and so. disappointed that they bailed out on us. We even ordered the one with the water slide so they are in their bathing suit playing with the hose now. Terrible service worst company ever. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us when we called earlier.

With the 4^th of July coming up, I remembered this company’s God-​awful service. I didn’t have Unilocal back then, so I owe them a review. We ordered the Big Kahuna for the 4^th of July last year, and they cancelled on us an hour prior to our planned festivities. We had planned a party with so many kids, and we were left without our biggest form of entertainment. They did absolutely NOTHING to accommodate. AND the year before that, they had sent us the wrong jumper. We only gave them another chance the following year because we thought it was a genuine mistake, but really, they’re just genuinely horrendous business people. I don’t understand how they’re still up and running.

The day before my party 10 min before 5 they called and told me that their driver that services my ares couldn’t deliver my order. They said not one of there other drivers wanted to come out to my area and so they cancelled my order. The man was rude and not willing to come up with any solutions or suggestions. They didn’t even give me enough time to get another company to deliver a bounce house. This company does not care at all about their customers.

I have planned many parties in my lifetime, but this experience stood out the most. The service provided was not professional and very displeasing. The tables and chairs that brought over from the company were dirty and filthy. If anything, this company will make you work more for your party. I had to rent from another party rental last minute. Thank God they still had tables and chairs left at this place. Don’t order from these people. The manager Richard was also not helpful at all. He had no interest what so ever in resolving the matter.

I have used their services on previous years, I called today to get a quote, since the website does not have any prices, and I s/​w the Rudest person, when i asked him if i was bothering him, by asking questions, he replied with a sickening laugh and stated that he was the owner and that yes, he feels that everyone bothers him. For being the owner he is the most ignorant and Obnoxious person. I will never use them again. His name is Richard.

UNSAFE, UNSAFE, UNSAFE!!! They ruined my son’s party. I planned my son’s party around their bouncer and had to have the party at a park to accommodate it. The generators would not stay on and the bouncer kept collapsing in the beginning. When it finally stayed up, it collapsed on my kids after 45 minutes. We got it started again and it collapsed two minutes later. I called the company 11 times during the party. The employee laughed at me and hung up on me. They blamed the delivery guy for not leaving gas and ignored the fact the jumper didn’t work from the beginning. I was told to leave my kids at the park and go get my own gas. They would not send anyone out to solve the problem so I was left with my four year old staring at his jumper asking why it won’t work. Ultimately they refunded my money but not the cost of renting the grass area for the jumper from the city. The employees were rude and didn’t care that their product wouldn’t work. I e-​mailed the owner but he never responded. The city that I was in will no longer contract with Jump for Fun. I am writing this in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. My little boy was so disappointed besides that it scared him and his friends to death when it fell on them. It took all the adults to hold up the jumper to get the kids out. Unacceptable!

I just placed an order for a Frozen jumper, they’re jumpers are nice and clean and I’ve never had an issue in the last 4 – 5 years I’ve used Jump for Fun. I prefer their jumpers, because they are not the kind with an added banner of the character, their jumpers are the actual Premium Jumpers which look a lot nicer. For these reasons I am a satisfied returning customer.

The big kahuna slide is awesome!!! We have all had a blast with it. We had ordered a smaller slide which was not available for our party so they upgraded us at no additional charge. Very nice of them and much appreciated. The slide was also very clean and new.

Zero stars would be a maximum. I’d give them negative stars. Awful, rude, and disgusting customer service on multiple levels. Additionally one of the most unorganized companies I’ve EVER dealt with. Simple common sense tasks are huge complicated concepts to this company. Im shocked they’re even in business. If you don’t want a headache, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
