Extra Space Storage

i will never come here again!!! i waited almost an hour and by the time they were able to even answer a few questions, the unit showed was too big and it was time for them to close and i did not have enough time to go to another location!!! i hated giving this place even one star when they deserve zero!!! save your time and money!!!

I would not recommend anyone to rent a storage unit at this location.
The storage spaces are okay
BUT I’m very big on customer service .
This locations staff is terrible.
Just plain rude
DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I kept a unit there. Ralph was the manager is great. Highly recommend. Safe and secure. Great rates.

I would not recommend this location, I can’t speak of others, however the Adams street sight staff is not very helpful. I’ve had a unit here for over a year with little issue until recent staff changes. The junior staff is uninformed and only focused of their sales numbers so they treat long time customers, which have lower rates, with disrespect and miss leading information. I would stay away from this Site.

Eddie was very very helpful and amazing. He worked with me on getting a great price last minute. He followed up with me and made this process easy, fun and relaxed. I wish every storage place had such fabulous customer service. Thanks Eddie!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, process was really quick, facility is secure and clean. Highly recommend, close to the freeway as well.

i really like it here, great costumer service, hours of operation, its very clean, and when i did the reservation i got a small unit i tough everything would fit in there, but it did not, so as soon as i told ralph about the situation he got me another unit right away, double the size and with the discount they offer for the first month it was not much diference that i payed for it, i might need to rent a unit in about 2 months so i will for sure come back to this location.
and also they have a truck that you can borrow at no extra charge (you need to make a reservation for it and you pay for gas wich is not bad) to move your stuff into the unit wich is pretty good cause if you go to other places you have to rent one and obiously a little more money out of your pocket. If someone is looking for a self storage place this is the place you wanna go to.

Nice clean place, very close to me, very clean, made reservation, met ralph and he showed me several units in my size, very friendly, gave me a good rate so I signed up, I picked the right place.

Very Clean and friendly facility! Very secure with great customer service. Location is easy to get to. Hours work for us to get into and out of our unit when needed.

I walked in without calling in advance and Ralph was able to accommodate me with everything I needed on the spot! Super easy and very convenient. Thanks Ralph for the great customer service!

The management is really amazing and we have not had any incidents that are negative so far. They are also cheaper than other places I looked into.

I Do Not Recommend this Storage Company: I have had this storage space for 10 months and in that time frame my rent has been increased 3 times. I have requested to purchase a long term lease, even pay 6 months in advance but was informed from the property manager the company does not allow. He basically informed me that they can continue to raise my rent without any notice. The property also insists on insurance and this rate has been increased on a separate notice. The manage also informed me that the storage unit was at capacity and high demand for this facility, so basically the supply and demand allow them to raise the rent at will.

Never had a problem here. Facility is clean, staff is very accommodating, and they even have a truck they can let you borrow to move local stuff. I’ve had to rent at other facilities and they liked to price jump, this one stayed the same.

Scammers!!! There all into the $$$$ not there customers. I signed up for automatic payments and I give the manager a check. And yet he happens to enter my wrong info and I get stuck paying a late fee… really
