No stars!!! Most disgusting food ever made. I’ve been to Denny’s before and this is gross the bacon wasn’t even cooked on my husbands blt and my salad had the wrong lettuce like really it’s a Denny’s people get ur shit together and to top it off the manager was an asshole when we complained about the raw bacon, like if it was our fault maybe teach ur cooks what temp bacon should be cooked too

I have to rate this Denny’s a 1 star because it was really dirty! For this Denny’s being on the strip of Disneyland, we expected this place to be clean and better service! We walked in and it took a while for us to get seated. When we finally got seated he took our drink orders and then took a while to come back to take our food orders. Went to the restroom with my daughter and it was so nasty! I didn’t even want her sitting on the toilet. The toilet paper was out, trash everywhere on the ground! Won’t be going here again.

Worst Denny’s I have ever been to. I came here to get dinner on a Saturday night, but ended up leaving due to the terrible service. Although it was a Saturday night, and is right down the street from Disneyland, it wasn’t crowded so I figured it was a good choice. I wasn’t even fully through the door and the kid acting in the «host» position asked how many for my table — with the worst attitude ever. I ignored it and let him know there were two of us. He followed that by saying there is a 30 to 45 minute wait. That left me tripping as 75% of the tables were empty. Regardless, we stuck around figuring anywhere else near by would have just as long of a wait. About 20 minutes later a family came in seeking a table, and he told them it was 40 to 50 minutes of a wait. They questioned him (as I should have), and he said they only have one waitress working. The potential customer commented that they should consider bringing in a couple others to assist, and the kid said that it wasn’t necessary and they had it under control. What Denny’s considers a 50 minute wait «under control»… At the 30 minute mark of waiting, we decided to leave… Although the Denny’s right down the street across from Disneyland gets heavily crowded, its definitely the better choice of the two.

This place sucked. Had us seated and took 30 min to place an order for water and coffee. My coffee cup was not clean. People ordering after us received there food like 20 to 25 minutes before us. Worse Denneys experience ever.

Halfway down our meal the server gave us our bill as if we are done eating.
I would recommend going somewhere else to eat
Btw its 3:10 am and there’s barely any customer in here and try are trying to kick us out fast for feeding a homeless who sat inside .

This is my second time to this Denny’s. Even though they are understaffed, they still hustle like you are their favorite customer. The food is good, inexpensive, well worth the wait for seating and eating.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 20minutes to be acknowledged. Waited 40 minutes on top of that for our food. When the good arrived it was cold and not very good. There was a hair in the ultimate veggie omelet. The manager did nothing more than apologize. Weill never come to this Denny’s again. The waitress was good. If could give no stars would give no stars. Manager was rude, when was told about our experience took the ultimate omelette off and nothin else. No customer service at all. We all ate maybe half our meals and we were told that we are the food so nothing would be taken off. We said it is about the horrible experience and we will never go to this Denny’s again. Worst customer service and not so great food.

I’m a little confused, why was one of their employees was taking pictures of me and my car on their personal phone? I’m apparently some sort of criminal for sitting in my car while I wait for my friends to get here. Never again!

Dennys is Dennys and it will be the same food on all other locations, there are mixed reviews on this specific store but i gues it will all depend on the service you get.
We came here tonight before visiting California Adventure as this is the first thing we saw just off of the 22 fwy on Harbor.
I ordered the burbon chicken, and my wife ordered the serloin steak. Both were really good! What i love about this place is their 2 pancakes for $ 2, very affordable compare to ihop. I think theirs is 3 pancake for $ 5.
Our service tonight was great… i mean no complaints. We had two servers because i gues it was a change of shift. They really never came by to say the other server was taking over or whatever the deal is… But we dont really mind or care about that anyway.
Good food, okay price. Will i come back… Sure… Why not.

I wish I would have looked on Unilocal before deciding to come here. We were tired and wanted something quick to eat. Our server was okay initially but the food took over 25 minutes. My scrambled eggs were clearly a fried egg that had been chopped up. I didn’t eat them. My biscuit was hard and crunchy. The manager stood around doing nothing while we had no water and there were dirty tables all over. It does appear to be a popular hangout for people that look like they stepped off the set of Sons of Anarchy. Needless to say, I am happy that I have some snacks to eat in my hotel room.

This Denny’s location is very unorganized. While the staff seems friendly, they are also pretty clueless. Well, at least the management is. I haven’t eaten here, and I have heard nothing but bad things about the quality of service and food from friends. Tried getting a job there. First interview was less than 5 minutes and I was told I would be coming back in 2 days to speak with the hiring manager and she also noted that she would make sure he knew that I couldn’t complete orientation that same day because of my other job.
So my second interview comes around, and I was told to arrive at 4. I arrived a few minutes early and the manager who did my interview told me that the other manager had ran to the bank for the night shift and then to Home Depot and that he’d be back in 5 minutes. I sat there for over 45 minutes before he got back.
My interview talked about my availability. He asked me questions about if I had black pants, black shirt, non slip shoes and if I would be able to comply with their dress code. All of which I had answered. And he kept going about what the job entails. Then he tells me that they aren’t even hiring. I then mentioned that I was told that they were looking for people for the night shift. He asked me who told him and when I told him the other manager said that during my first interview, he looked at me and seriously asked, «You had another interview?» HE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT MY FIRST INTERVIEW.
These people can’t communicate with one another. As I sat there, I saw other customers waiting to be seated, some walked out. Others waiting to get their bill. When all the servers were doing was standing around talking to each other. Dirty tables left for as long as I was there and it’s not like they were busy at all. Ugh. I know this isn’t a food review, but still. It’s still aggravating.

Found a huge thick coarse black hair in my pancake, lost my appetite and sent it back. They took 50% off the check. Gee thanks, I took 100% off the tip.

Fresh, tasty salad; cheerful, prompt service and comfortable booth with free parking this close to Disneyland! My grilled chicken breast smelled so good that I started eating it before I took the photo or put dressing on it. I don’t know what problems others had, bit we recommend you try it again!

Good, standard Denny’s.
I’m not sure what others have experienced here, but I had no issues at this location whatsoever. It was a choice before going to Disney on which Denny’s to go to — this one or the one directly across the street from the Disney entrance just a few blocks up. I chose this as I imagined the other one would be complete madness.
We arrived here around 7am knowing Denny’s gets crowded for breakfast. There were only a few people inside when we got seated. We places our orders immediately and within 10 – 15 minutes our dishes were out — about the time I would have expected them. Any quicker and I’d be suspicious of the quality.
Food tasted just fine. I ordered the ‘Lumberjack Slam’ as I ordered the whole week at any Denny’s. No problems with the quality or the taste. The waitress was very friendly.
As we were leaving the people started coming in. If you plan to eat here before going to Disney, I would suggest around 7am or slightly sooner as your ideal time.
Overall a good experience and if in the area again, I will have no issues with coming here.

My husband and I ordeted chicken quesadillas and a 2 piece appetizer.
What we got was a greasy plate with all the stuffings on half the quesadilla and the other half with barely any cheese and no stuffings.
The appetizer had over fried chicked strips and was an extremely dismal portion. When we asked the waiter if we got the right plate, he replied by giving us leftover stale french fries.
When we were asked how’s the food, we said it was disappointing because we love Dennys and this is not their norm. All both people said was, «oh sorry, it’s cuz of the dinner rush» with a barely half full dining room.
We are locals, not your Disneyland or Convention Center one timers. The service and food was VERY disappointing and they barely made any attempt at recovery. We will not he returning for quite some time.

Hey Denny’s you’re not supposed to let your customers wait for 10 minutes before a server shows up. The service was slow initially but got better later on. Our server was very attentive after his initial blunder.
The nachos were really good and I had a tasty Dasani lime drink. Have you ever noticed that all the Denny’s interiors look very similar? Maybe just the ones I frequent.

Service moves at a snails place. Denny’s had maybe four other families in the whole place when we rolled in at a leisurely 8am. We were seated right away, but our drinks took a really long time. When our drinks arrived we were ready to order, but our server just walked away. After several minutes she returned to take our order and about 20 minutes later our breakfast arrived. There were plenty of servers hanging out near the kitchen area, but nobody refilling coffee, water, taking orders, or you know, working.
The only saving grace about this place is that it’s clean, it’s basic, and they don’t crank up the prices just because they are close to the mouse house (I’m looking at you IHOP).

Food was good, as usual.
I ate out on the shady patio and that was particularly nice.
Server was nice, no problems with the order.
Service itself was very slow. I was not in a hurry and it was very busy so it was sort of to be expected. But still slow.

I love Denny’s and so do my kids and after yesterday our experience with a very very slow IHOP we decided to go with what we know. This Denny’s was well staffed and service was quick but the food was just kind of okay… It got the job done… Full bellies for a reasonable price and on our way to Disneyland quickly.

I dunno why I like Denny’s in general. The food is on the lo average, but service and atmosphere is always great.
This particular Denny’s make no exception.
