I LOVED living here. It is a blessing for those who are looking to get on their feet. Where else can you live and be treated nice and the rent includes utilities and comes furnished. The rooms are a decent size, and it’s a nice place. No one can control who hangs out surrounding the outside grounds but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to call Home. Don’t let the surroundings fool you, it’s a nice place, I lived there for a year and loved it and plan on returning as soon as I find permanent employment. The management there is the Best!

So I will finally write a review on this place since I have been here for a month…
Pros: full kitchen, large living space, decent prices, utility’s included, pool for the kiddoz, soda machine, plenty of tenant parking, close to tons of shopping, restaurants and freeways for easy commuting, staff is pretty friendly, and for the most part residents keep out of your business, and let’s not forget about the option to apply for long term and not have to move out every 28 days like the other weekly motels in the city.
Cons: visitors are restricted from staying past 11pm they will tow your car in seconds if you have a visitor past 11 and they park without a pass… Don’t even test that… $ 300+ to get it out of tow, only some of the rooms are upgraded with decent TVs, if you don’t have one of them you are pretty much stuck with a tiny TV, small closet, less than average storage space. The laundry room is a little run down and they need new machines, and it closes at 10… Pain in the ass if you work and prefer to do laundry at night.
I’m glad this place exists during this time of transition and would recommend this place for somebody in the same position.

The city needs to bulldoze this place to the ground. 9 out 10 times when I drive by this place, all I see is people who look like junkies & criminals loitering around the premises.

My girlfriend and I lived here for 8 months and had a great stay. Any time we had a problem they fixed it. Maintenance was awesome and super friendly.
Jose and Betty were great. When we requested new carpet we got it. the complex has a feeling of community. If you are looking for a place with a good rate and a good sense of community this is it.
There is one thing I can warn about is that the fat security guard that works there likes bully on people and act like a cop.
