Not only is this place affordable, it is also delicious! Never have I had the most amazing bbq pork, and I have tried many chinese restaurants all over OC and LA. Their chow mein is also my favorite. I can’t wait to try their other items.

I went for the first time a couple weeks ago, and now I’m hooked! I always get something new and it is always good! I recommend the spicy garlic chicken! Great employees, more than reasonable prices, and the food is amazing! Food is made to order if they don’t have it, and it’s always quick. Great place and great employees.

I have been going here ever since I was a little girl. The staff and food is amazing!

Most Chinese food places will have heaps and heaps of food sitting out for hours on hours. Far East Garden only cooks small quantities as its ordered. This place is like panda or another large chain except it has lower cost items and they taste better. I would recommend trying the mushroom chicken and their chow mein.

Best Chinese food I have ever had hands down. They cook fresh to order. Friendly staff and amazing prices. Perfect.

For the price it’s hard to beat. I enjoyed the beef and the chicken. It’s a good place to go for Chinese fast food.

Have been here several times but first time rating. Easy parking access. A little hole in the wall place with great food at reasonable price! This is a perfect place for a quick bite or to-go. The food portion is always generous and is consistently good!

My coworkers and I order food from here probably once a week. I find the food has actually gotten better over the last few months. The people that work there are friendly, helpful, and always seem cheerful. Even when it’s swamped they pay attention to you when it’s your turn and don’t make you feel rushed. I recommend the Salt and Pepper Chicken. YUM!

I’ve been coming here about once a week for a few months now because it’s right by work. $ 5 for one item combo is a great deal and I’ve never had an issue with bad service or food. Black Pepper Beef is a favorite and the fried rice and chow mein is way better than anything I’ve had at Panda Express.

When I walk into a Chinese food place I expected a wide variety of fresh cooked noodles, rice food items not HERE! I was super hungry the food items were horrible, cold, sour. Then to make my experience here worse I order fresh BBQ pork, emm yumm can hardly wait, yup got worse they microwaved what appears to be old or yesterdays leftovers? One bite and threw my plate away! This is my 1st worse Chinese food I have ever ate . I usually give another try but I will not be back here EVER!

Sadly I’ve had better Chinese fast food. I want to like them because the staff are very nice, but the food is just okay. I would say Panda Express is better O_o. I had… –BEEFBROCCOLI– The beef’s texture is kinda gummy, but the broccoli is nice and crisp. –ORANGECHICKEN– Is cooked to order, but it lacked a bit of that crunchy texture that I like in orange chicken. –FRIEDRICE– Very bland. –CHOWMEINNOODLES– Very bland and dry. On the other hand, It’s very affordable and they give you a lot of food. Maybe I should have tried other food items, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back soon.

GREATFIND! It was a bit tucked away And empty but I’m very happy I decided to give it a shot. 2 item combo for under $ 6 is always great in my book. She gave me a hefty serving size too! Orange chicken is cooked as you order it and was the best I have ever had. Not all soggy like most other places from sitting under the heat lamp I usually opt for just all chow mein but their fried rice looked really good so I went with the half and half and I was glad I did. One of the better fried rice I have had. For sure a great HIDDENGEM!!!

It is kinda scary how empty this place is. I am wondering how do they survive financially. Went there and most of the items are made to order which is really great cuz it is fresh out of the kitchen and not sitting out in the warming tray.

This place is right off of the 91freeway(exit Lakeview avenue) in the far corner of a Mobil gas station shopping plaza. It looks family owned. It is cheap fast food chinese take out, so don’t expect much in terms of food quality. Good option if you’re super starving and in the area. One item combo is $ 4.59, two item is $ 5.59 and three item is $ 6.99. Drink is extra and limited to one refill inside store.

This is my 2nd visit here. The first was several years ago after having to fast for what seemed like an eternity for a blood test. Trust me, ANY food after fasting tastes good. Fast forward to tonight, a few years later, thought I’d give it another try. First I walked in and noticed no orange chicken. BOOOO!!! I started to walk out when the nice man behind the counter told me they could make anything to order. Fresh Orange Chicken? DONE!!! Orange Chicken Beef Broccoli Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice Fortune Cookies… DINNER!!!(Take home of course). All was excellent. Beef Broccoli especially. Fried Rice was the only that was just ‘ok’. Not bad mind you, just ‘ok’. Still, not a bad deal. We’ll be back!

I think this is the ONLY Chinese food place I have been to that only serves 1 side of the entrée plate if you order a 1 side entrée instead of 2 sides. Most places just fill the whole to-go box. CHEAP. i wish i took a picture.

The quality of the food here has gotten progressively worse since new management took over. I used to come here all the time as a kid, but now I see no reason to. The rice and chow mein, which before were good enough to be main dishes, is now soggy and flavorless. The shrimp they use now should be re-labeled as «shrimp?..». The great thing though, is that the food is still fresh and they cook in small batches so you’re never getting old, crusty food that’s been sitting out for hours.

Read some good reviews bout this place. Figured i try it out since its kinda close to my work. A little disappointed with the quality of food. They were barely busy, the staff was really nice and the portions are big. I got a 2 item combo. $ 6. Fried rice was a fail. It was barely warm and had almost no taste. I got jalapeño chkn and kung pao ckn Again extremely old tasting. They served out of the tray off the counter just like every fast food Chinese restaurant. Ppl in the reviews said they cook after u order it. Either way, this quality doesn’t work for me. I like my chinese food fresh and spicy. I ate about 20% of my food. That should tell you something. I will still give them 3 stars for the customer service and effort.

Exactly what I expected from a fast food wok style Chinese restaurant. Think Panda Express at a bargain price and a little bit less sugar, emphasis on the«little bit». Combos are cheap approximately $ 6 for 2 entrees + chow mein /rice. Entrée options include all your favorites like Orange chicken, Brocolli Beef, Teriyaki Chicken and others. Overall, this place hits the spot when you are craving some quick and cheap Chinese fare.
