I’ve been going here for about 3 years and it’s the best place I’ve ever found! Jose always does a hands-​down job on my cut!

As a consumer, and I’m sure as a business owner, it’s always annoying that your employees close the store before the advertised closing time. For example, if the business advertises that it closes at 3pm, shouldn’t a paying customer that walks through the door at 2:45pm be served? Otherwise, change the signs and your Unilocal ad to state that closing time is 2:45pm and not 3pm!
I drove down from LA to get haircuts here. No more.

You guys are amazing, great fade, great lineup, great convos, and great people. I come here on my lunch break from work to get my haircut. Ive been here 3 times and always get great service.

Took my son today! There were not as busy as I’ve seen before. So I decided to check them out. After seating there for close to an hour I left. They took three kids that walked in after I did before me. Never even acknowledged that we were there. Not a «hello» «we will be right with you» NOTHING! Left without my son’s haircut and an hour wasted of my day! Ended up at a new place not far called The Cut Barber Shop: great service and great haircut!

Thank you Pancho. I took my son in to get s haircut and the barber didn’t do a good job. Fortunately… Pancho was able to fix the previous guys mistake the next day! Thanks again

Just came from here really great haircut and service I know I will be returning here again.

Trying this shop out for the first time in years it looks like kids in training none of them looked like the same ones from years ago. The one barber I got did an alright job but I ain’t sitting on a chair waiting on his ass for to put a movie then him taking small breaks in between to watch the movie and talk and text on his phone. Some way of treating your customer. I ain’t paying you to watch a movie now. I made sure not to leave him any tip for sure not coming back to this place.

The barbers’ name is pancho the seat all the way at the end next to the restroom. Got the same guy again on Saturday. And of course he would fuck up my hair twice. Gave me a razor burn as well. The other barbers I’ve gotten a cut is fine but him this pancho guy not so much. And to think you would trust this barber with his best judgement of a simple combover cut. I’ve asked the other barbers for a comb over cut and a fade and they get it. Pancho seemed confused doesn’t seem to know what a simple combover cut is like so disappointing.

For a Sunday morning the crowd standing outside must speak volumes right? About $ 100 dollars standing around waiting for someone who is responsible enough to open on time but I guess the two barbers who showed up 10 minutes after they are supposed to open decide to walk to a red mustang and just «chill».
And if the excuse is going to be «they were waiting for the key» it only takes a few seconds to walk over and explain to the group of 12 people waiting outside since 830AM

Amazing barbers for a great price! I have been going to Granada square for over 2 years and they have not disappointed me one bit. Diego, Angel, and Martin have so much experience that they can help you with any random change of style that you come up with. Just show them the picture and they work their magic. Great products as well by selling gentleman republic. Really busy place so I recommend going in there with some time in your hands.

I was actually happy for a while coming here to get a cut. I looked around all of Orange County for a place to cut my hair, and it has been a nightmare. I’m originally from the East Coast, and the understanding of a low fade between here and there is apples and oranges.
I put up with this place for a while because a barber here kinda cut my hair close to what I was looking for. The wait is horrendous, the atmosphere is very homeboy around the way type. I cannot fathom how the owner allows the fowl language and subject matter that is discussed by the barbers to go on, as parents with their children come here.
Last time I was there, I waited for over an hour. As I waited, the other barbers found it funny that the barber I was waiting on was still not there, and they cackled amongst themselves. Not how a professional place should be run. If you are from here in Cali, I think any barber can cut a high skin fade, Pompadour-​ish, comb over hipster type hair cut that everybody rocks. Still searching for that perfect barber/​stylist who understands head shapes, and the differences of blending sides, low, temple, and high fades.

Over the top service and excellent cuts. My husband and son both needed haircuts so my daughter and I decided to tag along. The guy cutting my son’s hair was so patient and even switched the tv to a cartoon channel. So nice!

I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I’ve tried getting cuts from all the barbers and the only one I go to now is Martin (the owner). He is an expert in all styles of haircuts. He has never left unhappy.
I personally am willing to wait as long as it takes so he can hut my hair, because he holds a good reputation for a Quality hair cut.

I waited my turn. They ignored me. I think because I am not Latino. My money and a big tip walked out.

I’ve been coming here off and on for the past year. First let me say that the barbers here are serious when it comes to haircuts. Especially if you’re looking for a fade or one of those new trendy cuts (faux hawk). The amount of time they spend on you and the attention to detail is really amazing – especially considering the reasonable prices they charge.
When I first started coming here I was planning on giving this place a four star. Good quality cuts but annoyed by the long waits. However the more I’ve been coming, the more I realized that customer service and professionalism is seriously lacking. Most times I’ve come in the wait time has been ridiculously long (try up to an hour). Even though there is a number system, you will still see people who came in after you but get a cut before your turn. It also seems that there is no regard to the customer when it comes to the environment in the store. I’m not just talking about playing rap music with profanity, but X-​rated songs that get into very explicit detail that families and kids should absolutely not be hearing.
Yes, they do offer good haircuts but far from being professionally run. It’s basically like getting a cut from your neighborhood homeboy. Which is fine if he’s doing it out of his garage, but definitely not appropriate for a public business setting.

Great haircut, with high attention to detail and just to my specifications. Also, quite inexpensive.
Busy, but with 4 or 5 barbers working the wait was not too long.
Friendly shop doing great work. I’ll be back.
