Worst mc Donald’s ever! I’m writing this review and it is 12:10 am and it’s been 15 mins in the drive through ! They are sooooooooo slow, drive through is a nightmare

Warning: Mozzarella sticks are suspect here. Came here to try them & I think I got some extra old ones or something. We rarelyyyy eat here & every time we do, I remember why we haven’t for so long. It’s McDonald’s so the food is basically the same. The service sucks most of the time. There’s a nice person every once in a while. 2 stars is for my sausage & egg mcmuffin & hashbrown which were both hot & delicious. Those are the only items I actually enjoy here & return for.

The late night girls seem not to care about the customers. They’re on their phone and take forever.
They don’t get the orders right, and always ignore you when you ask them for something.

HORRIBLE service. RUDE teenage or incompetent workers. ALWAYS messing up an order. Something is always missing. This place absolutely ridiculous. I usually don’t comment on fast food joints, but this place sucks!

Nothing but highschool girls work here and they never fail to mess up my order. I dont have a cheat meal too often but never one from here again.

Listen McDonald’s, you are easily replaced. There is a McDonald’s every 5 miles, so I will never understand how this one is so bad at what they do. They can hardly get the order right, they forget to give you your complete order at the drive thru. And when they are wrong they don’t even apologize for your inconvenience. It’s places like this that reminds me that no fast food worker should be paid 15 an hour.

Very good service polite and prompt always get my ice cream scoops a little small my babies eat them in the car and they always d a good job thanks

This place is horrible, always a long line, the food is garage, they never have ice cream, just avoid this place

They ask what sauce when you order but when you get your food there is nothing there and this ruins your whole appetite for no sauce to dunk in your nuggets!!!
There is no way I was driving back and no way I was using any other sauce, so I just ate them plain but I didn’t even eat more than 3 cause my mind was set that no flavor burst makes it a dull meal. I ended up not eating called my peoples up and went to Blaze pizza. Thanks for the most important missing ingredients to a meal.
It wasn’t even a busy time either to be all stingy with sauces, I had a receipt of almost $ 14 worth of items yet I get no satisfaction for some acidic nugget sauce?

My coworker went here to go pick up breakfast and came back stating that it was more expensive than she thought. Looking at the receipt I can see why! We ordered 2 breakfast meals with orange juice, but instead of including our orange juice with the meal, they added it separately. Instead they added 2 large ice teas to the meal. The large ice teas are $ 1!!! The orange juice is expensive on its own. The guy who took our order basically made our order more expensive by doing this! We will never be going here again, and I suggest that others that come here too should check their receipts and see if they are being overcharged as well!

I go here for breakfast but half the time food is cold and thier soda mixture is ALWAYS wrong.

I don’t eat fast food that much but I came here for breakfast this morning and it was awful, when I got back to my office to eat my sandwich mine and my coworkers sandwiches were missing eggs! Second I ordered hash browns which I did get charge for but never got! I know it’s McDonald’s and all but still its not very hard, they do this every day. It’s silly to me that they think they deserve more for «their hard work» but they can’t get a simple thing like hash browns right. Needless to say I won’t be eating here again.

This has to be the worst McDonald out there and slowest! All I love here is the coffee! I come often and to this one unfortunately, because there are no other McDonald around here! I have kids so only do drive thru. I sit in this line forever! It’s sort of ridiculous! There needs to be a solution! The workers are just fine! But they are so dang slow!!!

Came here abt 10pm one night for the awesome 2 for 1 big mac after work crave. Ordered em inside to go.
This place was sloppy. About 6 – 7 messy tables. And nobody inside eating. I think even the others that were clean still had ketcup smears all over them. Trash everywhere. Overfilled trash cans with nasty sauce smeared all over it. And empty wrappers and boxes on the surrounding floor. Floors were gross. Oh ya, you shoulda seen that coke machine. haha there were dirty cups, ice, and sticky coke all over the place. Haha that was funny.
I thought maybe the rush was just over. Except from the 15 children and 2 fat mothers who didnt speak english. outside and inside running screaming in the outside play area. Wait a min. its after 10pm?! These children were all like 5. Wtf! …Mcdonalds.
Oh well. I grabbed my big macs and left.
Came back here a month later same bat time. same bat channel. De ja vous. So now I believe this is the norm here. This time I noticed the workers really dont care. Cuz they all stand around and do nothing. (Id like a job like that) Who cares. …Mcdonalds.

The food & service aren’t too bad. You do have to wait a while a lot of the time. The worst part is their staff & the fact that they often leave part of the order to get cold whilst they wait on the other part of the order… I have included an email that I sent to their corporate office as well just so you guys know what I have experienced there.
I visit this McDonalds at least once a week {this week twice so far}. I have tried ignoring and just trying to play the «maybe she doesn’t know any better» card for way too long to ignore this issue any further. I understand that you need people in your restaurant constantly cleaning, wiping, mopping, etc. I get it. I just wish you would hire someone who won’t stare and easedrop on every single conversation in the restaurant. Now, I ease drop too I understand the temptation especially in a place like McDonalds where you get all walks of life. The issue isn’t so much this person listening to my coversation. The real issue is that fact that she will literally stare. She stands 1 – 2 feet away wiping another table STARING in my direction while I am 1) talking to my 3 year old, 2) talking to my other family members or 3) eating. If I look up at her and make eye contact this does not stop her from staring. Today I literally pointed at her and said «why is she staring at us» and she just spoke to me in spanish asking «what» and than continued to listen to my conversation and stare. This has happened on at least 10 different occasions to just me, I can only imagine what is happening to other customers. My 3 year old {who tends to not notice anyone else} has even asked me why she is staring. I am a 29 year old mother, I don’t have a huge scar on my face, I am not disfigured. There is NO reason for her to be staring at us. I have to literally address her before she’ll walk away. My husband was trying to talk to our son about not screaming in the restaurant & she was wiping the table next to us, STARING at my husband and three year old. I had to say to my husband «You have an audience» just to keep him to stop discussing a problem with our son, Because while we’re in public and I understand don’t have any privacy. us disciplining our son is a personal thing that I would rather she not stare the entire time we’re talking to him.

This Mcdonalds had always been like an old childhood friend of mine.
When I was a little girl and I would get sick, my dad would get me a happy meal with a sprite, and I would be up and running again, right after I vomit my meal. He thought it was my cure all but apparently as I got older I realized the happy meal only worked because I only got sick because my dad forgot to feed me dinner the day before. Apparently, since I was eating a Happy Meal I didn’t get breakfast either!
I remember walking here and with my cousin and buying food in pennies. Good thing we were cute. I think if I did that now they would probably throw change at me.
When I was in Jr. high I would ditch school and have breakfast here. I still don’t know how I ended up with perfect attendance. Maybe because I am Asian and they thought I was there.
sometimes I find myself coming home late at night and I make a stop here andI realized holy shit its 4am why am I ordering cheese burgers.
I never had a problem here. In fact I ended up with free food like 3 times. All 3 times for some reason when i drive up to the window to pay, the system goes down and they can’t take my card. So they give me my food for free. Yeah! for never carrying cash on me.
Its Mcdonalds, its not healthy, its cheap, its fast, for some reason its like crack to kids. I still find myself buying a happy meal from time time. Smaller portion, plus sometimes they have cool toys.
Random fact that doesn’t apply anymore. Back when I was into geocaching for a week, this place was housing for one. I recently checked
its not on the list anymore.

I religiously go to this McDonald’s before I head to work at 7am but ONLY when the drive-​thru has less than 5 cars. I only order one thing here and that is a regular french vanilla or hazelnut iced coffee and every time I order that I never know how good or bad it’s going to be. Why? Because they’re pretty darn inconsistent. Either the coffee is too sweet or not sweet enough or there’s no flavor at all. I may only pay $ 2.15 for my iced coffee but I’d like to enjoy a decent, cheap iced coffee once in awhile. At least to get me through an 8-​hour shift! Is there any justice?

Normally I wouldn’t bother to review McDonalds, but this one has got to be the slowest when it comes to service, we sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes to get 4 plain cheeseburgers with 3 cars in front of us.
They tasted fine and got the order right (no mustard)
Still go to any of the million others, this one was just clostes to Disney and refusing to pay those prices, this just had to be the choice for the evening.

So I went again today and again they managed to forget a happy meal. It’s always something every time I come here… I wasn’t happy! Also they put an obscene amount of mayo on the $ 1 chicken sandwiches. I had to scrape it off… gross!
Still $ 1 dollar drinks, super fries and $ 1.19 McDouble… why do I keep coming back??? I’m a sucker for that calorie loaded greasy garbage they serve here.
