The worst f**king experience i ever never had. I reserve a ticket from anaheim-​san jose, which has a bus change in los angles, the first connecting bus was late by an hour and i missed the connecting bus. When i questned them, the reply was next bus in the morning 7:30, what i have to do from 11−30pm to 7:30 am. And more over which is useless i cant reach in time for my work. I asked atleast for a refund of my fare, the greatest reply was, its a non– refundable ticket, wowww then whoz gonna pay my refund, my total loss of work. And my pain waited for four hours at LA, 1 ½ hour at anaheim, funny thing is that i even booked a return ticket which is non– refundable as well. Huhhh i should not use un-​parlimentary language, but my frustration says, ‘fuckinggg greyhound: the management motherfuckers shame on you to celebrate 100 years service.

The experience at this station was absolutely terrible. The station closed at 2pm today and we received no notification that this station would close early despite our will call tickets. So by the time we reached the station at 6 we called two customer service representatives to figure out what the best solution was and both confirmed that we could print out the ticket at the next stop. When the bus reached us, the bus driver refused to listen to us and disregarded the authority of Greyhound customer service. He threatened to call the police on us for trying to explain the situation to him and we had one foot inside the bus and he literally closed the door on us and was close to injuring us. I HIGHLY HIGHLY do not recommend Greyhound. If possible I would suggest using Megabus as they have much better service or the Amtrack. The Greyhound’s ticket system is inefficient and does not value the customer. Please consider using options other than the Greyhound.

Went from San Diego station to the Anaheim station, very dissatisfied with this station! Bus dropped us of here at 8:30pm, let’s just say it was dark, had no lighting, the inside was not open at all. I felt unsafe, especially with a suitcase and bag full of valuables! There were no employees or security or anything at this time and I would think since the greyhound was still making stops that it would still be open or have better lighting or be in a safer area.

The inside looks nice but since this place is NEVER open so customers have to freeze their butts off outside :-/​on top pf that the bus is more than an hour late.

San Bernardino, CA
Need a lift? If your going some where soon you should defenately check this greyhound station out. It’s clean and the staff is very nice. No need to go any where else. So come on down people!!!
