My company was contracted by this shipping broker to move a vehicle out of New Mexico to Colorado. After reading the description of the vehicle listing I was confident that there would be no issue moving this particular vehicle due to the fact that we’ve moved this type of vehicle several times in the past. Upon arrival it was immediately brought to my concern that the vehicle was not going to fit on my car hauler due to some Add Ons that were undisclosed. So in an attempt to still make good on our contract we contacted the broker to make arraignments to get the vehicle delivered. But upon speaking to the owner I was met with attitude and an unprofessional overall demeanor.

State 2 State auto transport did not deliver. Being a broker business they only try to get you in a contract and don’t deliver on it. I waited 10 days for a pick up to be scheduled on vehicle transport which never happened. I ended up canceling their service. The best thing about them is after 7 days you can cancel without them keeping your deposit. A day later I booked another company and my car was delivered a 8 days later. State 2 state gets you in a contract but doesn’t mean your car is going to get moved
