Okay … I know I swore I’d never be back, but I live so close and it’s so convenient. I keep hoping one day they’ll get there act together. They have yet to ever get my order right. Some how they even screw up black coffee. I ordered black coffee this morning. I got home and found they added cream to it. Unbelievable!

I’m not sure if it’s the food or my ibs, but every time I eat here I get diarrhea. Breakfast, lunch, dinner… it doesn’t matter. I get bloodcurdling diarrhea exactly 45 minutes after consuming this product. Cheers.

Drive through is just about wide enough to fit a moped through it. Concrete pilons everywhere and narrow passage.

I have breakfast here every morning and always get my normal sausage egg mc muffin however, today I purchased the sausage egg biscuit with cheese. Mind you the cheese is extra. So I get to my office and commence opening my meal up and notice there is no egg. Of course by this time I started work and can’t leave. Call the number on receipt and it is an automated system, so my husband leaves a message of what happened. Ok, I also called the hubby to tell him what happened. Point of this message is, it is important to have attention to detail regardless what you are doing. I hope I get a call back to address and resolve this issue because who has the time to drive back to Mc Donald’s to get a dumb egg.

I live right next to this McDonald’s and there’s always ONE problem with this place. My daughter NEVER gets her barbecue sauce when she gets a happy meal. It’s actually become a sort of game in our household now to see if it’s missing from her happy meal. Everything else is always great except for this one thing. I’m going to check in every time they miss the bbq sauce to see how long it’ll take to fix the problem at this place.

I’ve been here twice for breakfast. Both times it has been as good as McDonald’s can get. Everything was hot tasted fresh and was delivered to me. What else can I ask for?

What can I say, it’s McDonald’s. Drive thru is always so slow no matter what time of day it is. Orders are usually correct and tastes good though.

Horrible! Ripoffs!!! Rude!!! Just went through the drive thru and ordered a big Mac combo with large fries and a large drink when I get to the drive thru window and was given my food I check the bags(I’ve gotten into the habit because they have gotten my order wrong a couple of times) when I check my bag I notice that my large fries are only filled up to barely three quarters of the way when I very nicely ask the employee if he can please give me the rest of the fries(I did order large for a reason) he said that he can couldn’t I asked why and he said company policy when I spoke to a manager she she asked why I wanted more fries… I told her I just simply wanted to get large fries because I paid for a large I proceeded to tell her that I was a previous McDonald’s employee and I knew for a fact that if I dumped the fries into a medium box it would have just filled it up. She then yanked the fries from my hand filled them up to the correct amount and shoved them at the other employee and said«HERE!» The fries btw were old and cold but I didn’t even bother protesting that seeing the reaction I had gotten earlier. Safe to say this will be the last time I will be here. I was nice and polite the entire time and all my got was rude service. The service is horrible the manager is rude the food is cold and on top of that they try to rip you off! NEVERAGAIN!!!

This McDonald’s has a drive thru, interior seating, no outdoor seating and is near the Grove and Angel stadium on the cross streets of State College and Katella. The facility is clean and the staff provided good customer service. What makes this location different from the rest? They offer the Create your Taste menu and a touch screen option to place and pay for your orders. There are 3 touch screen stations available to the right of the entrance where you can place your order. Each kiosk is equipped with swipe card readers for credit card payments for your convenience. Please note that the Create your Taste Menu is available only until 9:00p.m and available for interior dining only. This option is not offered for drive thru orders. I went here with a couple of coworkers for lunch to try their Create your Taste menu. I am all about options(adding or omitting) on items on the menu. I was intrigued to try it. The touch screen selection is user friendly like a big smart phone. The best tip I could possibly provide is to scroll down the screen because there are more options on certain sections of the menu. I opted for the chicken sandwich. My coworkers were jesting that they already finished and paid for their order while I was still selecting my veggies on my sandwich. What can I say, I like my ruffage. I selected the grilled chicken filet on a cibatta roll with grilled onions, mushrooms, grilled tomato, creamy avocado sauce, parmesan peppercorn sauce, creamy garlic sauce, crispy onions, tortilla strips, crinkled cut pickles, lettuce leaf and cucumbers. My one of my coworkers had a plain burger with lettuce with fries and a drink. The cashier gave us a disk which was a locator for the workers to know where to deliver our order. My sandwich cost approximately $ 6 but my coworker’s meal cost a little over $ 8.00. A tad pricey! Also, I noticed that our order took a little longer to arrive at our table. I think mine was a little too complicated with all the options I selected. My sandwich and her burger was served open face in a metallic wire bowl shape basket while the fries were in a little cute basket fryer. Adorable and fancy for McDonalds! I liked the veggies of my sandwich but the chicken was dry and the mushrooms juice were dripping from the sandwich which made the bread soggy. All in all the sandwich was ok. On a side note, I have noticed that the clientele is different during the day versus night at this McDonald location. I have visit here after going to the Anaheim Grove at night and noticed several vagrants patrons that is loitering inside and outside the facility. I would recommend using the drive thru instead if you are going here at night.

After eating at this location and reading the comments below, I decided to give this McDonald’s a 4 star rating. To be honest, no fast food restaurant should ever earn 5 stars. It’s just not really fair. However, I will have to admit that this is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever visited! And I visit a lot of McDonald’s! I understand that this is a larger MDs because it’s right next to Angel Stadium and they need to accommodate for more. But there were some things that really blew me off my seat! As soon as I sat down my piping hot food was brought to me with complete respect and acknowledgement of my choice to eat at this restaurant. The attendant asked if I needed anything and then politely returned to his station. McNuggets were juicy and the fries were crisp! The perfect MDs fries I have become accustomed to love my whole life. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and the beverage bar was well kept. Even the tray was fancy! Overall great experience! I wanted Chipotle but this hit the spot! #CheatDay

It’s a McDonald’s. You don’t expect much. The only reason this one is getting 3 stars(and not 2) is they offer the«create your own meal» kiosk, where you use a touch screen to order, and can also use Apple Pay to pay for your meal, so its limited interaction with any McDonald’s employee. It’s located on the corner of State College and Katella, walking distance to Angels Stadium and just down the street from the Honda Center. The parking lot is small, usually congested, and the drive-through is typically slow, and wrapped around the building. I came here on a Wednesday evening, for a bite to eat as well as hunting down the Minions. I tried using the create your own meal kiosk, but got a little confused and did not know if I had double ordered some items and canceled out. There was only one person in line at the walk up counter, so I decided to wait. Wow, that transaction took almost 10 minutes as the McDonald’s employee took forever to help the customer. When it was my turn to order, I asked to include two of the minions with my order, and the employee rang it up, yet forgot to charge me for them. So I had to pay separately for the two that he rang up, but forgot to charge. My transaction took almost 10 minutes as well. Unbelievable. Another reason for such a low rating is a lot of homeless type people who seem to be patronizing this location. One woman kept bothering the front counter for ice cream or a beverage. At the beverage station, another homeless-looking person kept refilling his cup with a beat up McDonald’s cup. Perhaps I judge too hasty, but these people were unkept, and rather dirty. It did not look like they’ve had a bath in a very long time, as they smelled. They have every right to dine at McDonald’s, and I’m sure they paid for their meal, but the smell and unsightliness was not positive. The dining area had lots of people using the restaurant’s free Wi-Fi. Some of the people did not even purchase McDonald’s food and brought their own plastic-ware full of personal food. Fortunately, there were plenty of tables, and we found a place to sit. This McDonald’s is not spotless, and the beverage station could have used some cleaning. The tables were clean, and overall not very dirty. It’s an A-Ok McDonalds.

This is McDonalds is really cool! You can order at a touch screen in the dinning room. They have a new grilled to order burger. ANYTHING you want in it. They bring the order to your table! Best burger I’ve had. The people working were really friendly and helpful.

Pointless For a McDonald’s the overall service/friendliness is average. It’s one of the few McDonald’s that seems to run out of different items. They also can’t seem to keep their soda machines working correctly — I’ve been there 3 times when there was no soda available. I have to watch my bill at this place because they add random upcharges on different requests. Like, «no pickles» becomes .60 cents. I’ve written McDonald’s about this and have been compensated, but still I don’t trust this location at all. If I go here anymore, you know I’ve had a shitty day. But all this doesn’t matter because most people will go here anyways because it’s a close convenient McDonald’s — it’s right off the 57, right down the street from Angel Stadium, and surrounded by apartments and condos. Just prepare for disappointment and you’ll survive. Shame on Albert L. for recommending.
