This location has a manager that is insane! Avoid this location at all costs!!! I just went to get a meal but my debit card was declined. Knowing i had lots of cash in the bank i had to drive miles away to go to an atm… and yes my card worked fine. When arriving back at PP ten mins later they ran my card again and it said it was approved. One of the pp employees and the same drive thru person told me their system went diwn and declined everyones card who was n the drive thru so i asked if i could get 50% off my order but the mgr yelled at me saying «it declined so it was your fault». I will never return. You’d be wise to do the same.

An excellent spot for getting food. You order and the staff will take your order to your table. Always get a bacon burger or chicken tenders but seeing other people reviews and photos of what they get seems o could be in the mood for something different next time I go.

I placed an order over the phone so I can go ahead and pick up during my lunch break and there was 2 young lady’s working one in the drive Thru and one as the cashier. The cashier who assisted me just has no personality and does not look at you in the eyes, I paid and stood on the side waiting for my order and the cook places it on the counter and I was waiting for my food for another 10 minuets after the cook placed it on the counter. The girl that was running the drive Thru was just standing there chit chatting away so then I approached her and asked her if that was my food cause it’s been sitting on the counter, she gave me q dirty look bagged it in a very rude way and handed me my bag. I work in the retail world as a store manager this is definitely not the great customer service I would expect.

This place is delicious! Best fried Zuchinis I’ve ever had! And the burgers are a very good size with lots of good flavor! Only downside is the price which is higher than other hole in the wall joints, but if you want tasteful Diner food, this is definitely the place to go for a good lunch or meal with friends! Note: drive thru is usually slow because they make your food when ordered which lengthens the wait time so don’t expect fast food drive-​thru but definetely with the wait when you see the quality and freshness!

Was charged extra for a veggie pattie instead of Bacon, ham and chicken in my club sandwich that I wanted to substitute. After explaining I was a vegetarian to two different people working there, they still managed to add bacon and the lady tried arguing with me about it. Will never go back to this location.

Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is for their monstrous sized breakfast burrito I ordered. It was full of sausage, melty cheese, egg, and crispy hash browns and it was the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a while! The service was slow and the cashier that helped us at the drive thru window was not the friendliest.

Pinnacle of Gourmet Fast Food. Burgers are perfect everytime. Lines are shorter than in n out. Gyros are pretty good. The Gyro salads are a dream come true for healthy eating. Grilled chicken ANYTHING… no one has better cooked chicken.
However, No SHAKES? Really? I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Whats up with that? The shakes are still on signs and logos.

Great breakfast. We got two egg white omelettes and home fries and hash browns with a side of bacon for $ 23.00. Can’t beat that price. Plus has a nice outdoor eating area.
The food is always fresh and tasty. Will always be a nice place to visit.

I’m from Vegas so whenever the boyfriend and i are in Anaheim we have to stop at Paul’s Place! Staff is friendly and the food is delicious! Definitely a must try if you’re in the area!

Ok so we thought to give this place one last chance. Unfortunately, if we could, we would give it NO STARS!!!
From the worst drive thru experience last time, we thought to call it in for takeout so it will be ready on way hm from work. BIG MISTAKE! They said 25 min for it to be ready but over an hour later, food is still not ready for pickup and family’s HUNGRY!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I waited 35 minutes for my food tonight. A cheeseburger, fries and a salad should not take 35 minutes.
The staff seemed confused and totally disorganized. Other people were getting angry about the wait time. No one working here seemed to care at all. I saw plenty of laughing and joking going on while I waited my 35 minutes.
I don’t know why I keep forgetting how long this food takes. This type of thing happens a lot here. I can tell you that drive-​through orders get completed first, eat-​in orders get second priority, and people who order food to go can just wait forever.
I should have gone somewhere else. Next time I will.

The girl working the drive thru was so rude it was ridiculous…
Her name was Andrea and she wasn’t wearing a name tag (I’m not sure if any of the employees have name tags here)
They charge debit cards as credit so they require photo ID but I didn’t have photo ID on me so she says «Yeah. We need photo ID so.»
She didn’t greet us when we pulled up, saw we were unhappy with her attitude so she was trying to act busy so she can ignore us. When she clearly saw we were holding out cash for her.
She finally checks us out, says «Your change» and LEAVES THE CHANGE ON THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND WALKS AWAY. She went and was talking about us because other employees turned around to look at us. I don’t even expect professionalism… Just common fucking courtesy I don’t understand

Been coming here for 10 years now but the quality is still the same. The food isn’t amazing but if you want something better than your everyday fast-​food burger then this is the place.
I usually go with the avocado burger, healthy choice salad, or California burger. Haven’t had a bad experience with these so far.
Would’ve given four stars if the fries were a bit more consistent. Sometimes it comes out really nice but 3 out of 5 times it comes out soggier than its best.

I only come here for breakfast burrito or steak and eggs. The breakfast burrito is huuuge! Made for 2ppl! It’s sooo yummy especially with the salsa. the steak used to be really good but I think they recently changed up the type of steak which I’m no longer a fan of. It used to be like sirloin steak, but now it’s more like Carne asada. it also comes with hash brown, eggs, and toast so still pretty good for the price.
Minus 1 star for the long wait time. I usually go through the drive thru which can take 30 to 45 minutes even with only 3 cars waiting ahead of you. If you do go through the drive thru, prepare to wait! The drive thru is enclosed so you won’t be able to leave once you’re in line!

The food is excellent for what you’re paying for. I never want to get drive thru food anywhere else because this is the best around! The combos are excellent sizes and great deals! I haven’t tried breakfast yet but I’m sure it’s just as good as lunch. Sometimes the drive thru wait is a little long but if the food is as fresh as I hope it is then it’s worth it.

I come here for years and the food is good.
Today this place will get a 3 star because their food is great but the customer service part is well below average. The place has new people who don’t keep track of the orders properly and lack experience and customer service skills.

This is my husband’s and my go to place for food when we don’t want to venture out, think of a place to go to, or want something quick. Service has always been good. Never waited long for food.
Our orders are usually the same and consistent. If we dine here for breakfast, my husband always gets the Hungry Jack and that always fills him up and make shim happy. I always get the eggs and sausage or the country/​chicken fried steak. The eggs and sausages comes with toast and hash browns. Portions are large and I never finish my food. I always fork my leftovers onto my husband’s plate. This dish has always been good, cooked perfectly. The country fried steak on the other hand hasn’t been consistently good. One morning I ordered it and it came out looking like fried cardboard. I guess it’s a hit n miss with this one.
Anywho, this place is great. It has a lot to choose from. We will definitely be back.
