Food is pretty good. Prices are just about the same as elsewhere. The service is a bit slow though. I wish they’d be more attentive to their customers.

Let’s start with the good. The food was good and came out quickly. The restaurant is spacious and parking is pretty easy. However, I will not likely return to this restaurant for two reasons. First, prior to my food coming out, I could distinctly hear someone clipping his nails. There were no other patrons in the restaurant so I could only assume it was one of the staff. The clipping noises went on for a couple of minutes so I had a long time to try to ascertain whether or not it was a different type of noise, and it wasn’t. Needless to say, this sort of spoiled my appetite. The second reason why I would not come back here is that the service was so poor that it was almost uncomfortable, as if they didn’t want me eating there to begin with. There were two servers. They did not utter one word beyond, «to go?» and«choose any seat.» Several times they made eye contact but never smiled or said anything. Not even a response to my «thank you» or «bye.» The main server only looked up from his phone or from the tv to see if I had gone. When he saw that I hadn’t left, he looked immediately down at his phone again. How do I know this? Immediately after I left, he came to my table. I’m not the type of person that needs a server to hover over me, but I also don’t want to feel like an unwelcome guest, and that is exactly how I felt here.

Nothing beats Phở in the City of Westminister(aka…Little Saigon) but this is my favorite phở place in Orange/Yorba Linda/Placentia area. This place can get pretty busy on the weekends, and some weeknights, but they are pretty quick to seat you and the food also comes pretty quick too. I ordered the Large Combination Phở and my wife ordered the Phở Tai. I grew up eating various types of meats so I actually like the tripe, tendon, meatball, etc. that comes in the combination phở but I have to admit it isn’t for everyone. If you are new to phở, I would recommend that you start with the Phở Tai(rare beef). Although it’s called rare beef, is does come mostly cooked. Some people prefer to have it more rare so they ask for the meat on the side so they can place the meat in the soup themselves. This way, they control the length of time it is cooked to make sure the meat isn’t over cooked. They have a variety of drinks here but I almost religiously order ice water. To me, phở is one of those things you eat for the taste so I don’t like to confuse my tastebuds. ;) Oh, by the way, don’t forget to check in to Unilocal to get your free soda!

I had the #24 phở with well done brisket and the egg rolls as an appetizer. The phở was fantastic! Very flavorful and with all the sides it was very satisfying! The egg rolls were very fresh and crispy! I will definitely be coming back. I saw the boba leaving the kitchen like crazy and look forward to trying that too.

My go-to phở place in the YL area. Whenever it’s raining or I’m feeling a little sick, Phở Vina is my destination. I always get phở and spring rolls and I always leave very happy. The spring rolls are so pretty and the peanut sauce is the perfect balance of flavors. The phở broth is very well developed and I always find myself sneaking more slurps of broth even when I’m completely stuffed. It’s so soothing to the throat, and I always feel better if I have it when I’m sick. They give you plenty of meat, and you can even add broccoli to any bowl of phở for $ 2. The small is huge and I rarely ever finish it, but they also have a large size. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a phở fix in the area!

This place is pretty standard. The service is amazing regardless of how busy or hott it is outside. The staff is really nice, restaurant is clean & food is amazing. I usually have an hour lunch & am done way before my lunch is even half way through. The soups and broths are amazing, regardless of any of their rice dishes as well. Pretty bomb is you ask me.

All my experiences coming here have been yummy! The phở broth is flavorful & delicious, the garlic beef & butter rice as well as the charbroiled chicken & butter rice are also very good. I would also recommend the honeydew boba drink :)

Great quality phở for the price. Broth is nice and clean, with quality cuts of beef not far behind. The only reason that I only give then a four star rating is for the eating area itself. It feels a little 70s in there, but if that doesn’t bother you the food is a definite 5⁄5!

I have the number 23 phở with rare beef. It was wonderful. Service is good, food comes out hot and fast. A no-frills kind of place.

The day after Christmas, so tired of my left overs, came here for a bowl of comfort home made beef noodles soup ! Such a picker upper, phở Vina is like my 2nd home away from home ! Their soups are super good and all their appetizer from egg roll, spring rolls taste better than any other Vietnamese restaurants around here in Anaheim ! Am I partial? Maybe because they always welcome me as their favorite customer and I appreciate the hospitality ! Why am I bragging so much about their food? I am very picky, a very good cook myself and my hometown is Vietnam ! They are small, hole in the wall, but it’s always packed cuz their foods are genuinely speaking fresh and delicious!

Decent food, but I have eaten better phở and rice dishes. Decent price, but I have seen better price with equal qualities. Decent atmosphere, but I have seen better atmosphere. Is it bad? No. It’s decent. Would I go back? Of course. Is it the best? Probably not.

This was very first experience tasking Phở and I have to say that it was wonderful. This place is one of those hole in the wall places that locals know about and keep coming back. I ordered the Phở Ga(chicken) and it was good. Especially on a cold day! For a small bowl it was $ 6.25 not bad for a decent amount of soup. I even took some home. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Tried out this place again but this time was dining in and not take out. Fast service and pretty good food. I got the chicken phở which I actually never gotten at phở places before. The chicken was tender and juicy. My boyfriend and I shared the egg roll appetizer which was quite good. Crunchy on the outside and nicely filled on the inside. I think I prefer the beef phở over the chicken. Pricing is definitely reasonable and close by to me when I get a phở craving or feeling sick.

The Phở Tai was good but not great, if I were to compare it with the«Crown King» of phở’s, that is Phở Bosa in Las Vegas, that would be a 10, and this joint would get a 7, and that’s indulgent. However, let’s not judge a place based only on one dish as it wouldn’t be fair. The Luc-lac here is really good. Take this from a guy who ate a dozens of phở restaurants. Hope this helps

The plan was to try Chomp Chomp, but we ended up at Phở Vina. Com ga roti($ 7.95): golden cornish hen with buttered rice. The dish was kinda good. I liked the crispy skin of the chicken and the rice tasted good. Charbroiled skewered chicken with buttered rice($ 7.25): my friend liked it. 3.5 stars! I want to go back for its phở. Phở Vina is kinda yummylicious!

My Mommy Cakes’ favorite! I was gonna wait til I taste their Phở to make a review, but I’ve had their food plenty of times that I need to let everyone know how good it is. The quality of their food is consistent. It’s always fresh, delicious and affordable. I still have yet to try their Phở, but you can’t go wrong with any of their rice and noodle dishes I like their –CHARBROILEDBBQPORK or BEEF. My mom loves this. It comes with either noodles or rice. You can really taste the charcoal flavor in the meat. So good! –STEAK with BUTTERRICE– The steak is super tender and goes perfectly with the butter rice. –AVOCADOSMOOTHIE– OMG! GETIT! They put avocado ice cream in it with warm honey boba, whipped cream and cherry on top. So good! –SPRINGROLLS– They are fat! You get 2 fat tasty spring rolls with rice noodle, lettuce, pork –VIETNAMESEEGGROLLS– They are bigger than other restaurants. So tasty wrapped in lettuce then dipped in fish sauce. I always order food to go, so I don’t have much to say about their customer service in the restaurant. But I can say that they always get my order right. I highly recommend this place!

This is not amazing phở – it’s barely even good. They force you to go over $ 10 if your using a card. And the containers they give you Phở in is not convenient at all. Over all was not impressed, nor a happy customer.
