Worst service I’m going to stop showing up here. Guy never greets you tells you to stop putting glass in but doesn’t say where else to go. I’m surprised he still has a job here.

I generally love going to RePlanets, but not this one. I have been to this location twice, and have left with bottles and cans in hand, and a desire to never return.
My first trip ended when the attendant turned off the Reverse Vending Machine as I was using it. I quite literally had a can on the conveyor belt as he, without warning, turned off the machine. I gave him a puzzled look, and in return was told it was his lunch break (still a solid 5 minutes before the 1 ‘o clock posted time). So I packed up my recyclables and left.
Several days later I returned. I shortly after 1:30pm, and while there was a line of people waiting to recycle, there was no attendant. Rather, he (the same attendant from my previous visit) was leaning against the wall across the alley, scrolling on his phone. Around 1:45 he strolls on up, headphones still in, and opens up shop. When a woman near the front of the line asks if he’ll turn on the Reverse Vending Machines she was greeted with at curt no, because «they’re not working.» I then left, and took my bottles and cans to another location.
I’ll give this location a third try, and hope for a different attendant, but for now it’s worth my time to drive to a location further from my house.

Convenient location, friendly staff (when I get the hours just right), & steady business. I would, however, like to complain about the bee infestation. I am allergic so recycling has been a death-​defying act!

I’ve had a great experience here about 3 of the 10 times I have utilized this location. The ‘open’ times do not usually work with my work schedule so I like to go during the off times when the machine is supposed to be open. However, it is rarely open or operating. A few times, when I’m there during open hours I have been turned away because they could not take any more glass as they were «full.»
Pros of this location
— When have been there during open hours, the guy that works there is super friendly.
— When the machines are working, you get paid more per piece. Worth the investment if you have the time.
— Easy to get your payout in the Ralph’s adjacent to the facility.
— The front of the facility is shaded. Great if you are waiting for someone to finish before you.
Cons of this location:
— Broken/​non-​functioning machines.
— Busy during open hours, especially on weekends.
— Gets «full» quickly.
