Love going here… although I have not been as much recently, every time I do go to this location, they are always friendly and get my drink just perfect. They have changed staff lately but still they do a very good job.

I understand this location gets busy since location and atmosphere here is good. But what I noticed was that employees were cutting corners/​compromising by lowering quality of services. I wish that they would not refuge to put honey in my tea next time even if they are busy. And they would charge what most other stores would not charge such as a bit of steam milk to maximize their profit.

We have one of our office location on the Santa Ana Canyon Road so I decided to grab a quick drink from here. It was easy to locate, google maps [yes I have to use it for everywhere I go — I am horrible with directions] took me right to the place. It has its own parking lot so there is ample amount of parking space available.
I was literally in an out of the place because I was running late and I had to get back to work. There was a big line during the lunch time and I was able to get my order in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus refresher, let my barista know to go easy on ice but it was loaded with only ice. I didn’t really try to make any small talk with my barista and I feel like she didn’t bother to either. There is a good amount of outdoor as well indoor seating available.

Okay. This is a nice place and fairly easy to get to. I came in with about 10 people in front of me. They got through the line fairly quickly with the 2 people behind the counter.
The guy behind the register was nice and took my order correctly. Although I had a good experience to this point, there is one thing that stood out to me that calls for this low rating.
One of the people helping make drinks and food was very excited to see his friends come into the store. He would high five everyone he knew. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if he wasn’t making drinks/​handling food. This is food service, your hands need to be clean. High fiving your friend who sneezed seconds earlier is not sanitary at all.
He didn’t touch my cup, yea I was watching, so I didn’t complain. Those are my thoughts. Drink was good but I hope I don’t see this behavior in the future.

Ok. I have been coming to this starbucks much more often as it was getting better and better in regards to service and their drinks. But today?
This is what I got. Trenta with all ice and a drink that did not fill to the top. I only had one sip out of this bad boy. It’s gonna be gone in 5 since the whole cup is ice. Guess I paid 5 bucks for a cup of ice. Sweet.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to just stop, slow down, and savor my drink. Service is inconsistent, but the deck-​like ambiance outside is always there.

The only thing that bothers me about this place is that the management is not doing anything about people smoking outside very close to the front door and it bothers people who don’t like to smoke.

We love this starbucks location. Great staff and service with spacious out side seating.
One downside is that people sit out side and smoke
Starbucks people say: it’s a smoke Free area but there are no Smoke Free signs any where. I’m not a smoker and I don’t want my family or myself to inhale someone else’s smoke. Very disappointing
Other than that, I would give it a five STAR

I had bought a bag of coffee beans just a couple days ago and accidentally got decaf by mistake. I thought, oh this shouldn’t be a problem to just exchange an unopened brand new bag of coffee. Wrong. I walk in today and am asked for a receipt, which granted I didn’t have. Asked then if I bought the coffee at this location, no but it’s coffee… its not like a cup or something any Starbucks doesn’t carry? I am told by this rude employee no they will not exchange it. Seriously, it’s not like I was trying to get a refund or scam you guys. So I go to the Starbucks where I had bought the coffee, at Haggen’s.There the kind lady says, «sure, no problem». No questions asked.
Thanks for poor customer service at this Anaheim Hills location. Way to be accommodating…

I’m partial to the East Lake Village and Cinema City Starbucks locations because of their excellent customer service and their ability to make customized coffee en point. Sometimes I get great service at this location but a few times I’ve gotten brain freeze after «EZ EZ ice» garnered ½ to ¾ of a cup of ice… and asking for EZ EZ ice was snubbed or remade with normal or extra ice again.
Despite the frustrating experiences, overall most baristas here are knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully the ones who aren’t will find other employment where attention to detail is unnecessary. Overall, good job!

This Starbucks is so much better than the one on La Palma. It’s bigger, it’s not as crowded, there is ample seating outside and the customer service is so much better. The staff were polite and very engaging with their customers.
I had the limited edition Lemon Bar Frappuccino for the second time. It’s simply just lemonade, milk and ice blended together with whipped cream and crumbs on top. I asked the barista to add more lemonade and he was nice enough to do so. It came out very tart and delicious!

The absolute best Starbucks in the world. Super friendly staff, fast service and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating! ! The manager Julie is always ready to help when things get busy which speeds up the process. It is one of those. «They always know your name» kind of place. Daniel is one of the best batista who ever served a cup of coffee! Hey. the whole staff is fantastic.
I have been to Starbucks all over the world and in most of the states but there is no place like home. If you like coffee this is the place!

Jerry, Johnny and Carrie Ann are amazing! They always make my drinks to perfection and (corny phrase alert) make them with a smile. I’ve gone in with a black mood before and their upbeat attitudes are infectious. The drinks are always on point and the service quick. If you have to feed your caffeine addiction, do it here.

This is probably the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. I am noticing that everyone else is writing the same thing. Which probably means something.
The other day I got in line at 1 and walked out without a drink at 1:15. I was line the ENTIRE time. I had to leave because I needed to get to work — and unfortunately I just ended up not enjoying my coffee.
It really upsets me that a coffee shop takes forever when it should be quick… And honestly, I only order an Americano… I dont even drink something that takes forever.

Sandy always rocks the early shift. Nails customers drinks before they even come to the front of the line. She has a very friendly attitude toward customers and it seems her coworkers (which is a huge plus in my book). I love this place and I appreciate this hard worker.

— Interior like any other sbux, but it’s pretty roomy and comfortable
— Great halfway point to meet friends who live in Anaheim/​Corona
— There are multiple tables to choose from and outlets!
