They did not properly clean a pair of silk pants I brought in. Unfortunately, I noticed them after they were brought home and the tags had been removed. I brought the pants back to the store and the lady took them the be re-cleaned. A few days later she called and said the owner would not re clean them, because we could by lying about the stains. Wow! They did not do the job right in the first place and then they accuse me of lying. This does not speak well of their customer service or goodwill. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on dry cleaning and this company has lost my business for good.

Like another reviewer, I really liked the young Hispanic lady that worked there. But she was transferred 6 months ago to the cleaning facility. The staff there is OK still, but they ruined a shirt and«the owner» claimed it was normal wear and tear. The shirt looks like someone rubbed an area so vigorously that a quarter size hole was opened up, and the dye in the striped shirt is completely gone around the hole. Normal wear and tear my foot, the shirt was only a few months old! So where they could have simply offered me a small credit– I would have been happy with as little as $ 10– they lost a customer for good. What happened to common sense and a scintilla of customer service? I guess I’ll have to find it at one of the other 6 dry cleaners I pass on the way to work.

4.5÷5 stars this was my first dry cleaning store i’ve been to, so i don’t know how it stacks up compared to other stores. they took my v card… they were very gentle and not hostile at all. the dry cleaning station seems like a very solid business. the workers are super friendly and approachable. the prices seem fair. $ 4.70 for 1 blazer and 1 peacoat. They have a 5 $ minimum purchase to use your credit card. however, i didn’t have cash on me and since it was my first time they let me slide and charged my card. which was nice of them. they have a 3 day turn around, and will keep your clothes up to an year!

Terrible service!!! Please don’t bother going there. I’ve been going to this dry cleaning for the past year and I was happy with their service until this happened to me. Late Jan 10, I dropped off the usual weekly load of dry cleaning and laundry. When I picked them up, one dress shirt was damage. This is a technically brand new/brand name shirt. The service lady was nice and kept the shirt to discuss with the owner. It was Feb 2, 10. I called and talked to her but couldn’t get a hold of the owner despite the fact that he said he was willing to compensate —only word, no action. I called them 4 more times and finanlly got the owner telephone #. I called him on Mar. 30, 10 but they disconnected me twice. This is a horrible customer service. I’d appreciate if he says«yes» or «no» on compensating for the damage shirt caused by them and not wasting my time. I took the shirt(still damage) back and won’t go there again. Keep in mind of the poor customer service. One more thing, remember to count all items you picked up before leaving the shop. They gave me one shirt less last time too.

This is the best dry cleaner in the area! If you sign up for the drop off service you automatically get a 10% discount. It is located in the same complex as a day care center so they get a lot of their business from people picking up their children. They are always running specials! The people are friendly and remember names and faces. It is a true neighborhood business. They do not do same day service however. So if you need a rush job don’t go here.
