Tilly’s

We came here the other day to find shirts for my son. The selection and service were both really good here.
This store was large and had a cool skater vibe. There were lots of fun displays. When we walked in, we noticed the display with all those skateboards toward the middle of the store. We thought the Hello Kitty skateboard was very cute too.
My son knew exactly wanted and headed for that area of the store. A sales associate saw the we were struggling to find the right items and offered help. We finally found some nice Asphalt, Volcom, and RVCA shirts. My son was really happy with the new shirts and hoodie.
I also saw some cute clothing and accessories for young women here too. Although I didn’t notice what brands they had, there were plenty of fun shirts, jackets, shoes, and bags. While one section of the store had backpacks, another wall was full of shoes.
Everyone seemed helpful here. Although we weren’t here long, we found everything we needed right away. All in all, this was a good shopping experience and look forward to coming back here again!

Tom was so helpful tonight helping my son get shoes for school. He picked out sizes and had so much knowledge on each pair.

Im a huge Tilly’s fan. Shop there quite frequently however, after my experience the other day I will NEVER shop at this location again. Long story short I was browsing through store picking out some clothes for my husband I ran into a friend & we chatted for a few. My kids {5 & 3} were playing with little hacky sack type balls they found there. After I was done chatting with my friend an employee by the name of Ashley «advised» me to «throughly check my stroller before I left» I said to her excuse me? She said «your children were hiding stuff in your stroller» I looked ALL over the stroller in front of her NOTHING was there she then says to my children «did you put the stuff back you were hiding in your Mom’s stroller» i was LIVID! How dare this chick accuse my kids of taking their stupid $ 2 hacky sack. I spoke to the manager Bree who was awesome & very apologetic & I also contacted corporate who was amazing as well. I will continue to shop at tillys but it won’t be at the Anaheim Hills location till ASHLEY is gone !!!

My boyfriend and I visited this store around 8pm. At the time I found the employees to be very helpful and friendly. Upon arriving home around 9:30 pm we discovered that we had lost an item in the night’s errands. In an effort to retrace our steps we took a chance and called the now closed store. To my surprise they answered the phone, said their greeting, I began to ask if they had seen our missing item, and then was hung up on. Now thinking that this was an innocent mistake I called back. I was hung up on 10 times. Occasionally they would actually respond to me «don’t call back» «we close at 9» «don’t call if you don’t know». I found these actions and comments to be extremely rude and disrespectful considering I was merely calling to see if our item had been found and quite frankly why even pick up the phone after hours if you don’t want to deal with customers. As a consumer I highly value the way a company’s employees treat their clients and my experience with the Anaheim hills staff was frustrating enough to deter me from continuing to shop at that location in the future.

Most helpful Tilly’s I’ve ever been to. Everyone asked if I needed help multiple times. Great experience! Always great clothes.

Everyone who works there has their head up their ass. They are completely oblivious to customers. The merchandise it too much money and I prefer to spend my money elsewhere

Worst customer service, a manager and customer service rep acted bothered to help ring me up, gave me aditude. I normally shop here at least once a week but haven’t been back since. The brea location has a better selection and friendly customer service.

I went to this store looking for a specific pair of shoes. I walked in, was not greeted, looked around at their shoes for about 5 minutes before even seeing an employee. Once the employee saw me but they didn’t approach me. A second employee walked near me, looked at me, and walked up to the other employee. Did not say a word. I was in the store for about 10 minutes, saw 4 employees total, no other customers in the store, and was never approached by an employee. Instead, the employees were busy talking about their personal lives. I won’t be back.

Love this store especially the Anaheim Hills one!!!
