I don’t know what happened to this place. We went in a year ago and loved it, then returned last week for some bike service and purchases and it was a totally different experience. The customer service was horrible, no one knows anything about what’s going on in service shop, I think the store is chopped up with very limited choices, and the awesome guys that’s helped us out last year were gone. Waste of time and money. What a shame. Not going back!

Since they took it off the moving van last summer, My bike was getting only occasional use, but after I injured my knee I’ve been riding almost every day as part of my rehab plan, and my bike was in serious need of some work. The brakes were shot, and the gearshift didn’t… As luck would have it, I asked the Unilocal app about bike shops, and it led me here. When I called on a Thursday evening, they said they’d need to look at the bike to see what could be done. I brought it in, and they told me there were running a «Tune Up & Clean» special. It normally costs $ 150, but it’s currently only $ 99! I left my bike in their capable hands, and on Saturday it was ready, so I picked it up and took it for a ride — they really brought my old bike back to life! Not only did it look great , but the brakes now worked beautifully. After an extended test-drive in Peter’s Canyon Regional Park, I brought the bike back to have the gearshift adjusted — It still wouldn’t downshift properly unless I was riding downhill. After I explained the problem, ten minutes and a few tweaks later, my bike was again ready and now it’s in tip-top shape! With good prices, expert repairs and prompt service, I’m glad I’ve got Sho-Air Cyclery in my Unilocal bookmarks. Come check this place out if your bike needs some work.

Awesome team of great people. Great selection and fair prices. Knowledgeable and quick staff helped me out as my shiftin cable became completely stripped Arthur beginning of a long ride. They assessed and fixed my problem and got me back out there with time to spare! Thank you for allowing me to get my ride done guys! I will be back in soon for sure!

Just picked up my new Cannondale CAAD10105, so cherry! Great experience from the first telephone call to the final sale. Got a 1:1 tutorial on how to change a flat by Dylan, he knows his stuff. The shop looks sparkling new and clean and has good inventory. Happy riding!

Anthony and the boys took care of us this past weekend as my buddy needed air in his new front Talas fork, I busted one of my gear shifters, and needed some stans refilled in my rear tire. The boys took care of us with a smile and we were in and out within 30 and back on the trail riding. Thanks for having a solid location right down the street from Santiago Oaks for times that things go wrong on trail. My first experience with a new shop and loved it, thanks guys.

Cool new shop with a nice staff and awesome bikes. In June I bought a Cannondale Synpase and Rory, James and Jon helped me find the right model and fit — they were real knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with my bike and I appreciate all their help.

The shop contacted me via Unilocal, and I was willing to communicate with them. I gave the shop my phone number, however they never called me. Apparently their follow up is not so go

Thank you so much Sho-Air Cyclery! I took my GT-I Drive in for a full service tune up and they were amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and very prompt. They ordered the parts I needed immediately and it was an overall great and speedy experience. I will absolutely go back when I need more help on my bike. This is by far the best bike shop around!

Not sure what the 3-star review is all about, but you won’t find a better bunch of well-informed cyclist-employees here. I came in thinking I needed to spend another thousand more than I needed, and several employees talked me into getting something more economical with a blend of speed and comfort for those long rides I enjoy on the weekends. I received a great deal and felt they treated me with honesty and fairness. While they only carry Cannondale and GT, they are some of the best bikes made that encompass an entire range of skillset and cater to all types of riders. I’m VERY satisfied with my purchase and I’ve already put 700 miles on her. This place is BIG. It now occupies what used to be THREE stores on the strip, two are for the showroom, and they have an entire separate«store» for the repair shop. The repair shop has a state-of-the-art pro fitting room so you can get dialed in perfectly to your bike. I’ve had two of my bikes serviced there already and the adjustments were quick(while-you-wait), and very reasonably priced(in some cases free). Thanks Rory, Dylan, James and John!

We were there tonight for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting and it was fantastic, they went all out treating every guest as if they were family, not only greeting everyone and entertaining them as well with an abundance of food and drinks but also with raffles and generosity rarely seen. They are proud to be in Orange and I wish them nothing but continued success for many years to come. Welcome Home, to Orange!

Very nice, clean shop specializing in Cannondale and GT bikes. They have a bunch of road and mountain bikes on display, giving a number of options in each line. They have only been open for a few weeks, so expect the shop will try to work into the local riding culture, since they are right next to Santiago Oaks and Santiago Canyon. I have always been a fan of Cannondale bikes, so I will have to check them back out when the 2015 mountain bikes hit the street.
