I had never been to a Tuesday Morning before a few weeks ago. That day, I was grabbing a quick bite at the Taco Bell right across the parking lot from this store, and I decided to stop in a take a look-see. Much to my surprise, there was an abundance of Le Creuset items… yay! Stoneware, cast iron dutch ovens, skillets, you name it! It’s a good place to look if you want a good price and aren’t picky about color. I lucked out when I found 2 qt apple-shaped cast iron dishes in kiwi that were on the clearance rack! I got a great deal on those items. I’ll have to check back more often to see if my color comes in since I don’t collect the burgundy red color. Overall, I was pleased with the goods I found there. It’s like a treasure hunt and you’ve got to work for your prize :-)

Grant and I feel this store is a 4 out of 5 stars. The Tuesday Morning stores are basically a smaller version of a Home Goods/TJ Maxx combination. Cons: Presentation: Just like TJ Maxx this store can be a bit unorganized. They are just like any other discount store. Everything is scattered everywhere. It is a bit disappointing to see how messy the store can get but at the same time it is a discount store so what can you expect? Selection: Sure, they have very few inventory on «brand named» items but don’t count on it whenever you come into the store. For example: Build block sets: You won’t find LEGO but you will find unwanted Mega Blocks etc. The toys and clothes are lagging in this store location. You have a few rows of a bunch of unwanted items. Customer Service: If you are needing assistance I suggest that you skip out on this store. They are there to ring up and clean up the store. The employees do not seem very friendly. Pros: Unique: You may not find«name brand» items but you will find a ton of random things you never thought you would want or needed. I can easily spent $ 80.00 and not even realize it. If you are into knick knack items or into antiquing then this your kind of spot. Neutral: Prices: Not all of the prices are an «amazing» deal but there are some good finds here and there. Time: If you love spending time searching for items this is your hot spot. If you are in a grab and go kinda of person then skip out and go to Target. You have to have time to shop here because you are searching through what they have. There is no consistent stock of any brand or item. Overall: Out of all the Tuesday Morning stores this is our favorite location. We feel this is a great store to kill some time. Sometimes we find some amazing items and other times we go home empty handed. In the end, it’s a store we enjoy and will continue to browse through.

Wow! This is a huge Tuesday Morning. I don’t frequent these shops much because they are always a mess and overwhelming to find any hidden deal. But I had to go to the bike shop next door so thought I’d check out this TM. Very pleasantly surprised! It was clean, stocked, and really worth the trip. I got some great deals. I’ll be back.

It being Tuesday, I thought I’d stop in to see whats new. It was housewares heaven… without a doubt, this is the best TM I have been in… I got the nicest set of bathroom rugs for next to nothing… Why have I been wasting my time at other retailers?

Now, why am I reviewing a Tuesday Morning? I really don’t know. I don’t think I fit their demographic well, but I actually kinda like this place. Although you may think that Tuesday Morning is a place where 80 year olds enjoy buying linens and lamps, it actually has a lot of other cool stuff. Especially this HUGE location. There used to be a Tuesday Morning on 17th and Yorba that was very tiny. This is at least four times as big as that one. This store actually reminded me more of a Big Lots than Tuesday Morning. And like a discount store should be, it’s affordable(minus a few items which are ridiculously overpriced for some reason). The downsides to this store are that it is very disorganized and dirty at times. Also, the check out lane is located technically inside an aisle. But hey, more space for the checkout lane would mean less space for the bargains, right?

This is the mother lode of Tuesday Morning shops! For years, I’ve been to locations in Redlands, Riverside, La Verne, Pasadena and points inbetween but man, this location takes the cake! Usually, there’s only one aisle for kids toys but this place has FOUR. Plus, there’s a really sweet older women who is in charge of arranging the stock and I think she has OCD(in a very good way). Everything is meticulously organized and then organized some more.

Holy home goods haven! I am NOT a fan of Tuesday Morning, but was pleasantly surprised. HUGE, FULLYSTOCKED! Lots of random stuff… but a couple of standouts this place is good for: Rugs/carpets, pillows/bedding, lamps and shades, stationary gift wrap, outdoor décor, and candles! They had a fabulous selection of my favorite brand of candles ROOT! Yay! Ugly sections of children’s stuff and hideous clothes, but overall really decent, prices were really good!!!

So I was SUPER disappointed to discover that my Tuesday Morning in Tustin on 17th Street had been closed. Apparently, they closed a couple of the small shops and opened up this super-sized Tuesday Morning at this location that used to be the Dollar Book Store. Unfortunately, the location still looks like it did when it was the dollar book store so it’s still dingy, bare looking and not a very welcoming shop. Regardless, I figured it’s the bargains that matter right? Well, I personally found the store almost overwhelming and for some reason the quality of the items seems to be lower than when they were in the smaller stores — not sure why but just seemed more Pic-N-Save-ish than Tuesday Morning-ish. The register set-up is very bizarre too… you literally have to line up in an aisle full of merchandise cuz there’s no room in the front so if you want to look at stuff in that aisle forget it cuz there’s no room. :-\ I was pretty disappointed and don’t think I’ll be going back.
