Office staff is awesome. The office manager Debbie really takes her time with the patients. You won’t find a more skilled optometrist than Dr. Welton!

I’ve been coming to this office since I was a kid. Great office staff. I’ve never had a more thorough eye exam in my life. Both Optometrists are great (Father and son). You can never go wrong coming to this office. I recommend without any reservations.

My husband and I have been going to this office for about 10 years now.
It is a family business. The father and son are the o.d.‘s and the receptionist is usually one of the sisters, sometimes another brother. They are all very nice and in our experience polite. We were both referred to a lasics specialist in Newport and Tim welton actually came down for the procedure and did the followup exams. He is very thorough. He noticed some freckles on my husbands cornea and referred him to
A specialist who took pictures of the spots so dr. Welton could monitor them for any change. We have been completely satisfied with this office and would highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed, will not come back. Treated like I was wasting their time. Last year I went for an eye exam and they were very nice. So I called to make an appointment yesterday and I already had a bad feeling. For the way they talked to me I felt not welcome at all. Today when I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and 15 min late, the receptionist was plain RUDE, she did not have time for me, was short and not understanding. Maybe she was having a bad day but I don’t deserve to be treated badly.
