I’d like to give them zero stars but i don’t think you can. I got a call from them telling me i could upgrade my cell, 3 months early, for free. No cost whatsoever, not for the phone, or early termination of contract. I go in, i choose my new phone, sign up for new contract, all looks wonderful and well with the world, and i am looking forward to going home and playing with my new phone. I get home. Email telling me i was close to going over my internet usage, which was baffling,(because i check it every night after binge watching on Amazon Prime, just to ensure i don’t go over) and i had almost 30gb left for the next 7 days, when the charging period would reset. But when i check it, and see they have removed 25gb from my package! This was not mentioned to me anywhere, not in store, not on the phone, not on the new contract, so i call them, furious to have been deceived, only to be told they won’t give it back. We’ve been with GCI for 13 years, pay a lot of money, for what amounts to a pretty mediocre package, and keep getting a little more bandwidth shaved off every time i upgrade my phone. It’s very sneaky and deceitful, and so i took that new phone back, got my old one reactivated, and will shop around for the best deal. 3 months contract left to shop for new ISP. No problem. Someone somewhere will pay this girl’s ETF. And give me unlimited internet. GCI there are not words to describe your deceitful, sneaky, greedy, and disloyal treatment of loyal customers.

Somebody needs a customer service program! Seriously, the«Greeter» is nice enough, but the WAIT is ridiculous!!! I think, they’re definitely not concerned about folks waiting!

These people are so frickn rude I just talked to supposed superviser«Leslie» Very un helpful and was in a hurry to get off the phone I was in the phone 34 minutes and got no where. Wait a waste of time
