The service help was nice and it was early and they were open when I needed a place to kill some time. The loss of stars was for the quality of the product. I waited for over 5 minutes while the employee attempted to use an espresso style machine to make me a hot chocolate. After their struggles with the machine they hand me a not even luke warm hot chocolate. After 2 attempts to re-warm the drink in the email microwave it was almost hot and I was on my way. I will be back to try the ice cream but will be hesitate to try any other of the many items they have on there menu.

Cookies are fresh and tasty. The staff is nice and helpful. Gave recommendations and they give a military discount.

I’m a little surprised by the really low ratings. Yes, they are expensive. This place isn’t for people on a tight budget. Yes, the staff is just ok, but what do you expect for a bunch of kids likely on their first job. I felt welcomed and that’s more than I Can say for many other establishments. Over all… Darn good creations. Soft, fresh, and fricking tasty. I can hear myself getting fatter.

We ordered cloud niine crepes. Dough was tasteless, bananas over ripe and jus very hard to eat if I hadn’t just paid $ 8 for it, and the $ 4+ dollar latte well never again.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. My experience was delightful! The woman behind the counter was all giggles and smiles and very pleasant. I went later in the evening, so the selection was limited, but the cookies I chose were scrumptious. I brought them to a party, and they were gobbled right up! They are a bit pricey(hence the missing star), but I’ll be back!

My sister got a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted like straight up vomit. Plus the bananas that they used WEREN’T ripe, there was no yellow on them, they were solid green

Tried to order a huge cookie decorated for my sons birthday but wasn’t able to order online yet. So I stopped in the morning of(forgot until the last min of course) and was at first told that they needed 24 hour notice to place an order. Was disappointed but then John came out from the back and said it was totally possible and they could have it done within a couple hours. The staff(John, John. Yes two. And Lisa and Zoe were amazing and I picked up my cookie cake just in time to run it to my sons school before the end of the school day! Great customer service and I will remember to order ahead of time next time. But will be back for sure for all celebrations. The kids at school thought it was the coolest thing and we all loved the cookie.

I stopped in here today because I saw a write up recently in the paper. I was at the pet store, next door and thought a few cookies sounded great. I walked in and looked at the display with the various kinds of cookies, they looked fine, but nothing stood out about them. I was waiting for somebody else in line and I looked up at the menu. It said 5 cookies $ 9.(Little did I know that was a «discounted» price!) That seemed ridiculously high, but assumed(wrongly) that they were the bigger specialty cookies. When the lady asked what I wanted I inquired about the smaller, plain chocolate chip cookies in front of me. She replied $ 2 each. Uhhhhh, I was pretty shocked at the price for such small, unremarkable cookies. I frequently get the fresh baked cookies at Subway which are 3 for $ 1.50 and actually pretty tasty. I declined to buy anything and headed home cookieless. =( When I got home I looked in my fridge at the Nestle store bought cookie dough I had. I paid around $ 6 for this tub at Freddie’s. In each container you get about 36 cookies, so that breaks down to less than 20 cents for each Nestle cookie baked at home, or you can go to an ugly strip mall on Dimond and pay 10 times that for the exact same cookie. I hope the management of this store rethinks their pricing structure or I don’t see how they will be open for long.

To echo some of the other complaints on here already, the staff is very unorganized and seem to have no experience in handling customers whatsoever. Sure, they’re nice enough when they finally acknowledge you’ve been standing there for at least 5 minutes without being checked on. And the cookies taste decent enough. The level of atmosphere is just one step above the previous occupants of this space(Baskin-Robbins) and I can’t imagine wanting to spend a whole lot of time there. Perhaps their service will improve over time but without a warm vibe to entice people into hanging out for a while, you’d probably be better off running to Fred Meyer to pick up some premade cookie dough and baking it yourself at home for much cheaper. P. S. For what it’s worth, the quality of the coffee is about the same as you can get at a gas station.

I was so excited to see we were getting a Nestlé Café and anxiously awaited the opening. Without any fanfare, they finally opened. On Black Friday, I noticed the lights were on. Not surprisingly, they were quite busy. The cookie case was pretty much wiped out and there was a steady stream of customers. I’m sad to say that unless corporate gets in here and fixes some issues, I speculate this place will go belly up within 18 months. First and foremost, these folks need to learn basic crowd control, prioritizing and customer service. My assessment took into account how busy it was… but the staff didn’t communicate with each other or the customers which leads to a lot of frustration. The other major issue is the layout of this place which sets up customers and employees alike for failure. It’s cluttered and far from cozy, despite being appointed with nice furnishings. The lighting is hideous and really detracts from the whole vibe of the café. There’s insufficient real estate devoted to customers who have paid and are waiting, which they will be doing plenty of. God forbid 2 people order crepes at the same time, since there’s only one crêpe griddle. And my 7.50 Nutella and Banana crêpe was vastly overpriced. I’ve been to other creperie chains that you got 2 for that price, and not served on a damn Styrofoam plate! Who the hell still uses Styrofoam these days? A café should be using china for eat-in orders. I won’t be back… there’s enough other cute cafes around town that are far superior to Nestlefor the price. This places reeks more of mall food court than café. Such a bummer.

Checked out this place today. My husband would describe this place as rough. The froyo was put of order. The tables were clean. Staff seemed nice enough although not overly accomodating. They were out of some. Cookies. Brownies were tasty.

The staff at this Nestlé toll House is so incredibly incompetent. I walked in there was two people ahead of me, after those people were served I stood at the counter for 20 minutes meanwhile the staff kept walking back-and-forth back-and-forth and didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally I said to one of the baristas I’ve been waiting here 20 minutes, and he replied oh what did you order so we can get it. I had been standing there for 20 minutes and he didn’t even realize that I hadn’t ordered yet. Incredibly slow, and low energy meanwhile the manager was just standing around the whole time staring at people not even saying hello to customers. A real disappointment

I was looking forward to coming here. I have never been to a café owned by a company known for their chocolate chip cookies and their candy bars. The place was spaciously laid out with tables and armchairs set up around the café. The first thing I saw when I approached the counter was a large glass display case filled with countless cookies in all sorts of flavors: classic chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate, dark chocolate, large cookie sandwiches with M&M’s(that alone is enough for a meal), chocolate chip cookie cakes as well as ice cream, espresso drinks, and sandwiches to accompany an extensive menu. I could’ve had lunch there, but I couldn’t turn down the main attraction which is the store’s namesake: cookies! The first one I ordered was obviously the classic chocolate chip, a favorite since childhood.(Seriously is there anyone who hasn’t had mom bake Nestle Toll House cookies at home when they were a kid?) The other flavor I tried was the peanut butter(no chocolate). These cookies were melt in your mouth good, fresh out of the oven. They had a value menu similar to fast food restaurants but with cookies rather than burgers. I ordered the two cookies with a coffee for $ 4.99, not a bad price. The reasons I gave this place three stars was that the employees while friendly, seemed unorganized and unaccustomed to pick up the pace when busy. Two other ladies and myself had to wait a few minutes before taking our orders. Of course, this place is brand new and some of them may be new hires in training so I will give this place time to get situated. Another disappointment was that their wi-fi had not been set up yet. This would have been the perfect place for me to spend an afternoon studying for the next few hours and smelling those cookies as they come out of the oven. These are all minor things that can be taken care of in no time. I will definitely come back here as soon as they get settled down. Once they do, it will be hard for me to stay away from this place. Coffee shop with Wi-Fi, ice cream, and Nestle Toll House cookies with that fresh-baked smell while I’m studying? That is a coffee shop worth going to on a regular basis!
