Like WOAH. The cakes here are absolutely phenomenal. The crumb is perfection and the flavor is apparent. Slices and portions are huge! It is expensive by its worth it for the quality.

Holy moly. Duuuude if you’ve never had Tres Leches cake from Nildas, you haven’t lived. It’s like one of Anchorage’s best kept secrets. It is lick-​the-​container good. Portions are 8 bucks and are approximately 4 servings. It’s positively decadant, so you don’t need much. But you do need SOME, so go there now. Put down your phone and go. SHOO. I said go on and go get yoself some. Yep. You’re welcome.

Let me eat cake… please. Especially the Dulce de leche, chocolate mocha with Kahula and repeat. Considering you have to fly further south to get some of these delectable delights, this is a no brainer when you have a craving for some Latin treats in Anchorage.

Very cute shop with a good selection of pastries and baked goods. The man difference between this bakery and any other in town is the Latin influences. You’ll find Latin desserts like flan and tres leche cake here as a staple. How delicious is that?! They also serve kaladis brothers coffee and free wifi. Definitely pay this place a visit.
