For a fast food restaurant this place is the right price and filling. Good service from the staff, very friendly and certious. I would suggest this stop over the other choices out there.

Really upset I got a bacon and swiss burger I paid 6 dollars for and it looked like it was off the value menu thrown together no sauce on it my boyfriends fries we cold this place has gone to shit

Stopped by this location after getting gas at the shell. Normally I wouldn’t leave a Unilocal review for a fast food restaurant, but the customer service was outstanding. If I lived in the area this would be my go to jack in the box.

Slowest Jack In The Box ever! Took 10+ minutes to get two tacos. The cashier asked for my name and misheard it completely even though I told it to him loudly thrice. Inefficient staff all around.

The manager was soooo busy reprimanding her employees that they were all flustered! My order was messed up twice ! Gave it all back to them! Horrible!!! Reprimand employees away from customers!!!

Jack has been the «go to» fast food option for years, but the store in Anderson can’t seem to get an order right to save their souls! 3 times in the last week the food was either tasteless, not what I ordered, made wrong OR ALL 3!
Pass them up and go to the Redding location, or some other place that doesn’t ask ‘How was your service today?’ when there wasn’t any.

24 hours, breakfast 24⁄7! End of review. Hahaha
No as an east coaster I had heard of this place and it appealed to me, but I’d be damned if I could ever find one. Now living on the west coast I have tried it a few times, and it should really teach McDonalds a thing or 10.
The burgers are good, the curly fries are awesome, and the tacos are bomb.
Did I mention 24⁄7 + breakfast all day? :)

2nd time I’ve had jack in the box in the last year and both times it’s made me physically sick. Both me and my wife had dinner there the other night and we our both in tremendous pain and have spent the whole last day throwing up. Its fhe only food item md and my wife and had together in the last few days so we know where the bad food came from Other that the food poisoning us, the service was really good and actually pretty quick.

One of the few options that’s open 24 hours. Perhaps it was because I dropped by during at an odd hour (2−3am) so they had to freshly make my order. The tacos were crispy & mini funnel cakes were fresh with a nice sprinkle of powdered sugar.
