McDonald’s

I often travel down to Sacramento to visit my parents and sometimes we get something quick on our way out of town. I have had this two experiences with this location and both of them were terrible. I have worked in fast food before and I know sometimes you can have an off day so I gave them a try again and it was awful. We waited inside for 30 min and then I got the food out to the car and opened it and it was all wrong. So I went back in and just got my money back. I could tell they were having some issues with the credit card machine or something but no one seemed worried or even looked like they were trying to move quickly. The people in front of me where waiting still when I got my money back. The young man who took the orders at one point stopped to talk with some friends. I have a long drive with two small children and no time for that kind of service.

Every time I go there it is very dirty and employees just standing around. I talked to the store manager about it and nothing was done, this was on the corporate end.

The absolute worst customer service ever! They seem to have no desire for return customers.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t even stop here. I live about 200 yards from this McDonalds and am very disappointed.

Holly crap!!! Ordered 3 filet o fish and said it 3 times and still screwed up my order. With a chocolate shake cost $ 17.00. Could of went to a steak house for a bit more. What a rip off

Drive thru is very slow. By the time you get your order the fries are cold.

Currently waiting in line for 10 minutes. Haven’t even gotten to the food ordering part. Only two people in front of me. I just want to escape. Don’t come here!
