KFC

Great place to drop by! Ordered chicken wings and asked them for all flats and they gave it with a smile! :)
It’s bigger than the usual kfc and they even have Cheese curds which looks good but I didn’t try it out.
They even have a buffet when I dropped by in the evening but I’m not sure about the price or varieties. Call them and ask.
Huge parking and meijer fuel pump and meijer 24 hours right beside. Perfect for a highway break.
But kfc is open till 9PM or something.

Decided to try A&W KFC near Meijer tonight and the experience all around was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. Waited patiently with one other person in the lobby for the food for nearly 15 minutes When the food was received the order was only a partial order. I advised the individual that the bag did not contain all of the food. Also, requested condiments be added to the bag. The women then has another employee prepare the rest of the order.
While the employee was filing the rest of the order, the other employee decided to check her monitor to see if we DID actually have more to our order, after she reviewed the screen she noticed we were correct. So she brought the food to us, and since she spent time checking to see if I was lying about having the extra food she forgot condiments. At this point, we decided to stop asking for things, and left.
Upon getting home I found that we were missing yet another part of the order. Called into the location and asked for a manager. Advised the manager I would like a refund on the order since we waited for a very extended period and the order was no where close to being fulfilled. The manager refused and told me to bring the half eaten food back. I asked the manager for the corporate contact number, and the number for the District Manager or Franchisee and she hung the phone up. Obviously very frustrated at this point I called back and asked for her name, only to be hung up on again. Called back yet a third time, advised her I was recording the call, and she finally gave the Franchisee name of Mike West. I asked when he would be in, and she said he does not work. I asked a number to contact him at, and she said the one I called. I questioned her one when to call since she just said he does not work. She said tomorrow periodically. Asked for a set time, and she refused. I asked her again, and she gave no response. I sat on the phone for nearly two minutes without a response from her. I attempted to call back only to find the phone was off the hook. It took five minutes of trying to call back, and when I did finally reach her again she refused her name.
After my miniature novel about my experience, I will obviously not be going back, so save yourself the time and stress and go to another place.
