If I could give a zero star I would. Horrible customer service by cashier David. He is more interested in the 16 year old girls that come in then doing his job. The women manager is just as horrible with customer service as him. Where has pride gone in making sure you do your job and do it correctly. This store is a joke and unless you are 16 with your clothes barley covering you then you won’t get help.

Stopped by here when my brother came to visit and forgot the needles for his insulin pens. He was visiting from out of state, so we expected some difficulty in getting a supply to last until he returned. Not so! The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful! Particular thanks to Janice and the pharmacist on staff for going above and beyond the call of duty!

This review is about the Rite Aid in Palo Cedro I will not go back there First of all the customer service is bad I have had to wait quite a long time every time I have been in I have to get a refill every month for blood pressure meds I have been over charged and most of their employees are rude I am not the only one that has had problems there

Not much to say since all went well, as it normally does here… The ice cream counter was clean and organized. The flavors we wanted were in stock, and not melty /runny. The service was immediate. The scoops were unusually large, so that was nice for us greedy folks, lol.

I’ve had a few bad previous experiences with this particular pharmacy before regarding insurance, wait times, etc. But this time was actually very pleasant and the pharmacist was very helpful. I usually prefer Walgreens but this Rite Aid is close to home. I think it is a hit or miss.

It is alright as long as you don’t get one with an attitude that looks down on you for what medications you take. I take pain medications for severe arthritis and some of the female staff act as if I am a junkie on the street. Not good for business.
