Cost Cutters

Nice people! No online check-​in, so first come first serve is very nice!
I am not from this area, but noticed the hair stylists and patron next to us were talking like old friends. Very friendly environment. The woman cutting my hair, I wasn’t up for talking much, long week. So she was respectful of my quiet nature and didnt push the mindless small talk.
Good service, friendly and am happy with my $ 20 haircut!

Brittney did an AMAZING job at giving me a new look! I have had basically the same cut for over 10 years and wanted a change. The color didn’t take as light to my hair as I wanted but it’s the color not anything she did.
The cut is super easy to care for and style! I love it!!! I can’t wait to go back to see what they will do in the future! The evening manager was super sweet as well. I would highly recommend for an affordable cut!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and asked for pricing for a style (curls only, no pinning) and was told $ 15. Great, so I scheduled an appointment! I went in, got my hair ripped out while the «stylist» Kiaya was «curling» my hair, during the 45 minutes I was there, the «stylist» (I place the word in quotations, because she puts a bad name for real stylists) had TWO returned haircuts from the last week. When I was done, she charged me $ 35 (more than 2X the amount I was quoted when I called.) By the time I got home, a simple 15 minute drive, my hair was already flat. At this point, I had photos with my husband scheduled in an hour and had no time to drive back to have my hair fixed, properly for my photos. I had to «fix» the curling as best as I could. Upon calling to explain the situation, I was told I was mis-​quoted the price and they would not refund my money, but they would offer me $ 15 in store credit. What a joke, as if I’ll EVER go back there again. Do Not Recommend. Very disappointed in the service. My $ 35 would have been better spent at a true professional salon, or perhaps even the local School of Beauty.
**Edit** After a week, and emailing corporate, I was offered a full refund.

It’s too bad the only other reviews on here are all by the same person… I’m not discounting his opinion but it’s posted more than once which isn’t fair to the businesses rating… I don’t work here but I get haircuts from one of their stylists on a regular basis and have never had any problems.
