I moved in on 6÷19÷15. I came into an apartment that was spic & span. All new bathroom and all new flooring. I have not experienced any flooding as of yet. They are in the process of re-doing the parking lots. Yes, they are in bad shape now but in 2 weeks will be amazing. Both office staff & maintenance have been professional & helpful. I have not heard or seen any police presence since I moved in. I wish the parking areas were better lit but that is not the end of the world. The pool area is nice & well kept.

RUN!!! The community is under new management and claim that they are going to make the place better. Take the advice from a resident who is getting the heck outta here. There are floods everyday in our basement that floods our storage units; parking lot is like an off-road safari with its endless potholes. The management team does not understand that fixing cosmetics will not suffice. There is one washer/dryer per every 12 – 18 units. The electricity to the community will flash on and off for 5 – 8 seconds once or twice a month(Better turn on auto-save). The community is full of drug dealers, drug addicts and loud families(what a great combo, eh?) The negatives are endless… One positive that I would give Greenway Park Apartments is that it is centrally located next to other communities which will make my move that much easier. Not to mention the price they tried to jab me with to renew. NODEAL! They are trying to monopolize the block since they own 2 of the surrounding communities. Leasing and maintenance are a joke, they have had 2 — 3 different office ladies since this past new year. Something tells me that maybe it is not the office ladies with the problem. Sincerely, I survived Greenway Park Apartments

I have lived here 10 months and in that time, we’ve had break-ins, a fire that destroyed 8 units, a stabbing, gunfire, yelling in the hallways at all hours… not to mention there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for every 24 units,(most apartments have children and families living in them) the parking lots are NOTLIT at night and the pool didn’t open until almost July. Oh, and my landlord forgot to disclose that there is a RECORDINGSTUDIO below me. OOPS! Suffice it to say, there are much, much better places in Ann Arbor to live and I’ll be moving out soon.
