This review is for Anna in the floral department. I ordered flowers here for my wedding(yup, got my flowers at Kroger!) and they were beautiful and SOCHEAP! Granted, I only ordered bulk baby’s breath, 2 bouquets and 1 boutonnière — they were still beautiful! Thanks again!

their customer service desk attendants are not eager to work, especially the young lady called Jocelyn or Joyce. Barely opens her mouth to answer a question, somewhat condescending(or at least passive). You add says you are hiring, but I see 3 – 5 people just sitting around, especially evening shifts after 6pm.

I’ll admit I’m still bitter that Kroger bought out Hillers, a local grocer. They try to win me over with samples and a bouquet of Kit Kats. But I know you Kroger. I know who you really are. Getting to the layout of the store, it’s similar to Hillers. Deli & fish in the back, Produce to the East and Dairy and breads to the west, and finally bottle returns in the front. But many of the displays and end caps are different as well as the aisles. I had trouble shopping the first time I was here. In general I shop mainly produce and refrigerated foods and I find this extremely lacking at most Krogers(which is why I prefer Meijer’s produce OR the farmer’s market). This Kroger’s produce is a little better but I’d like to see if it lasts. Parking is tricky @ Arborland so the location is definitely not super convenient. The staff all seem really new so I wonder if they retained any of the former employees. Overall I’m not super excited about this Kroger. I would have preferred Busch’s or hell, even another Trader Joes lol. But if you’re used to Kroger, I’m sure you’ll find this one acceptable.
