These women were so friendly and helpful! I came up from the Florida Keys to Michigan and the weather was chillier in the end of March than I remember and I pack real lite. From the moment I walked in the front door to the gal at the dressing room, several other ladies who wanted to help throughout the store and finally even the checkout these employees went above and beyond! I was floored at how friendly they were. It was fabulous! We all know how horrible trying on clothes can be am I right? Another woman mentioned the clearance racks in her review. They were all over the store! $ 1 items? I had no idea! I always shop online because, well, I hate shopping, but it was a cinch here and the deal! OMG! I walked out just over $ 200 with 3 jeans, 2 dresses, a jacket, and 8 cute tops! This really cheered me up thru this dreary weather. I guess I have to hit the post office before I fly back now haha This experience has convinced me to hit the brick and mortar store too rather than just shopping online. Such a wonderful experience. Oh I did want to mention, I have NEVER had an Old Navy garment fall apart on me. I am still wearing tank tops and some bikinis I bought 7 years ago. This had a lot of tops that were XXLbut not much for pants over size 18, but plenty of 18’s on down to zero.

As a loyal GAP& sometimes OLDNAVY customer I’ve carried the GAP credit card for years only using enough to take advantage of occasional GAP Rewards that I’ve earned. Of course, this past crazy work and travel week has meant last minute shopping sprees to get kids’ clothes, food, etc in order to make all was good before I departed for an out of town travel and presentation at conference. Consequently, after buying and charging large amount at OLDNAVY last week… To cover 3 growing kids’ worth of FALL& early Winter clothes…(CAN U SAYGROWTHSPURT??), I ran over the credit limit. Anyway. I am undoubtly over my credit limit, of course, not good. By just a little though. For which I will be paying the bill this week. But why did the clerk Yell out«Your card was declined!»??? A little training to enhance customer service would probably go a long way in bringing staff skills up to par in this area!

Everything was fine but the only thing is I hate that they don’t have automatic doors! I know it sounds small but when you’re pushing your baby in a stroller it can take you a minute to even get in the place. They sell baby clothes so they know moms are going to be in with their children, you’d think they’d be considerate.

I’ve been to this Old Navy for many years and like time, they have changed a lot… from moving cashier’s area, redesigning the floors, etc. I guess you need to keep up with times and change as changes are needed. While I don’t personally shop at Old Navy, I was surprised at how cheap items were at the store… maybe it’s because everything was on sale??? I ended up here because my nephew who was visiting wanted to stop by to buy something… despite low prices, my nephew wasn’t able to find what he wanted… Parking is ease, but I’m not a fan of how the entrances/exits are designed at the Arborland mall… something they should look at and think about redesigning… Staff were friendly and provided good service during the visit. I may be back thought… I think the cheap price keeps this place busy :)

I hate that this Old Navy does not carry plus sizes. You also cannot return anything here that is plus sized. I just think it’s lame and inconvenient as hell. My husband has gotten some cheap T-shirts here and they work but the hoodies and shorts always seem to wear out faster than other places. I can get sunglasses and accessories of better quality and often even for cheaper prices at Kohl’s and Target and the like. Meh. This is just not the store for me. Shame as I have had some luck with the catalog from time to time.

I have a love-hate relationship with Old Navy. I love the prices($ 19 for jeans? Yes please!) but I hate spending money on clothes. I really like this store, the staff are always really nice and helpful. I went in today and the woman working in the fitting room grabbed me a new size and helped me decide which color and size fit better and looked best on me. I’ve also had to return/exchange items and have never had a problem.

They have cheap clothes, in a variety of sizes but you get what you pay for. The items to tend to curl on the edges of shirts, and the staff will wonder around and try to sign you up for their credit card, but their clearance rack is the true gem. Check it thoroughly and often.

If any t-shirts here happen to be my size, I like them because they are cheap and the tees in fact are reasonably durable. Kids clothes are often cute, though I think the selection has been dwindling of late. Cheap is cheap. Good bad or ugly.

I am a bit ashamed to admit that I have an unhealthy affection for Old Navy. Sure the clothes will not last for more than a year, but they are not expensive.
