Manager KEN is very rude and has no idea that toys 4’r us & babies r us is the same company. Guess that information was skipped on informing him, when he was hired! My daughter stopped in to grab some pacifiers for my grandson, who needed a nap and likes to toss his binkies everyplace. They manager would Not honor the gift card that a They sent her & then told her they didn’t sell them any way!!! As she had three boxes of them in her hand… As all moms know. When u find them, buy all u can find! He then laughed and told her,” that he does not need to have information on everything, they sell!” REALLY? So, take a minute outa ur life and check… wait??? She has 3 packages of them. So u must sell them? Or are they just free? So, Ok you have them, sell them to her! Instead he placed them behind the counter… What’s the matter? Is his baby outa them too??? Come on guy, give a mom a break! Then he followed my daughter with 2 under 2 babies outa the store, like what was she going to do? Toss baby bottles at the store ??(Ok, ok!!! I probably would have!) thanks again Ken & have a nice day ! Thank God Wyatt likes to hide them in this Nana’s purse, he is napping and we are on the way to babies r us, apparently a different owned company???

Toys R Us is a pretty good place to get some toys for Christmas. I went here looking for something for my grand daughter(looks weird typing that, I’m not very old at all). I found a couple of items and as a plus they were on sale as well! I think she will be very happy with what I’ve picked. Another one down on the Christmas list… Yahoo!

Who’d a thunk it! Toys r us having the best price on a wooden play kitchen??? I love going to our local downtown baby shops but toys r us really has not disappointed the past few visits. Variety of bikes cars, wagons, fun elaborate and unique toys and games. Lots of brand name toys for the older kids like lalaloopsy and 1direction Barbie dolls(???). It was a super fun trip for everyone except my husband! The only weird thing was that most of the staff was nowhere to be found. One woman was any help to me the entire trip. I felt like people were going to start looting the place. Ghost town status. When we were leaving to the checkout, we found the rest of the staff at the front of the store where nobody was. I myself didn’t really need help but I found myself helping a couple other people find what they were looking for. No. I don’t work for tips. Hope baby likes this kitchen for birthday número dos. Feliz cumpleaños indeed!

Toys T US is Toys R US. This location does tend to have a lot of items that are heavily clearanced which I hunt though to find cool xmas & birthday gifts for my niece and nephews. Toys R Us also has good sales on video games and you can often find buy 1 get 1 half off. This location is pretty dead and normally doesn’t even open a register you just check out at the customer service booth. Make sure to get a rewards card if you ever shop here and at Baby’s R Us. I don’t know what rewards you get but they send you some great coupons.

I came here to check out skateboards, specifically I wanted to check out a mountain board to see whether one could reasonably pump it to go on flat land. I didn’t really expect them to have anything good(after all, this is Ann Arbor), but even my low expectations were disappointing. The first person I asked for help didn’t know what a skateboard is, but she directed to the bicycle section. I found razors, bikes, electric scooters, coaster boards, big wheels, helmets, wrist guards, knee pads, and a poster of Tony Hawk flying through the air on a skateboard telling kids to ride safely. No skateboards. I tried to locate a human by standing around looking lost and confused, waving my arms, and riding a tricycle, but nobody came around. So I started to leave(and make my way past the Legos) and a few aisles away from all the other wheeled stuff was half a shelf of crappy skateboards… and no mountain board. I’m not taking off anything for not having what I was looking for, I’m used to that. All those missing stars are for poor organization, lack of help, and insufficient signage. At least I got to ride a tricycle.

A typical toy store, but the staff is more helpful than at more Toys R Us
