Taco bell has decent food but service is slow at times and there’s NEVER enough amount of meat on my tacos. When I eat there I will normally order three tacos and they usually come soggy and never have much meat.

Hands down– this is the slowest Taco Bell in Michigan. The wait is never less than 15 minutes in the drive through.

This location advertises being open at 7 am or EARLIER. They even have a huge yard sign stating that. However, 90% of the time, they don’t have their act together… either they don’t have their headset on, or some of the breakfast food isn’t prepped, or the grill isn’t hot yet, or whatever. I’ve recently started (quite literally) calling them out. I’ll pull into the drive thru at 7:05 a.m., and if they don’t acknowledge me, I’ll call and ask if they’re open. They’ll usually ask what time it is, or they say they’re open, and I’ll then tell them I am sitting in the drive thru. They really need to utilize a checklist or some sort of opening procedure, it’s quite ridiculous.

Not sure if it’s like this on every shift but when I came through here on a Saturday afternoon with my mom, thirsty as all get out and all grubby from lugging bags of dirt in the Lowe’s garden area down the street, we had a pretty solid experience. Especially compared to the hot mess that is the Stadium location (closest to my house).
We had just planned to get beverages but at the last minute decided to get food too. The very nice fella taking our order accommodate us then included wet wipes and mints with our order! Not requested and I’ve never gotten that from any fast food drive thru location I’ve been to. It was a nice touch.
Our food also arrived just fine – no mistakes in the order and everything was «fresh» (for a Taco Bell anyway). Not bad at all!

Well it was very quick service in the drive thru… For a reason, all the food must have been sitting for hours! Our three potato tacos were rock hard… Sick! We couldn’t even chew them. I went in with less of an appetite and asked for a refund, they refused then after stating I didn’t want any more food from them the refunded me for two… Not three. (I left without protest… It’s a dollar I could’ve cared less at that point) Taco Bell customer beware when ordering from their drive thru.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I live nearby and every time I go they screw something up. Every time. Some of the staff are great, but others are straight up rude. The food is usually fine if you don’t want any alterations. Say «no beans» and you’ll get beans etc. It may seem like I’m being picky, but my roommate and I eat there a lot and something is wrong every time.

I know, 4 stars for a Taco Bell… The guy was super nice. Very accommodating. Didn’t mess up the half vegetarian half meat order AND made sure they were in separate bags. He also gave us enough sauce. On top of all that, they didn’t mess up our order.
I didn’t even have standards pulling up to the window and I was pleasantly surprised!

So I reviewed the State street one and now this one…
I’ve come here MANY a night after bowling at belmark lanes… the only redeeming fact about this taco bell is that it’s open until 3am even on weekdays! on to the bad side… this taco bell has on SEVERAL occasions ran out of ingredients, several times it’s been the beef! how is that possible, considering that beef goes in everything… on top of that… when you ask for chicken instead, they charge you extra for changing the meat!!! so retarded…
on a side note, my usual order @ taco bell comes out to $ 6.66 here, i like to get the crunchwrap supreme combo (#9) and a nachos supreme… i think God’s telling me to drop the nachos… WHYYYY…whyy!!!
