NOT A GOODEXPERIENCE. Staff NOT kid friendly, didn’t know any answers to any of my questions, more interested in just moving us through the store and buying add ons than anything. The kids hardly had any time to enjoy the experience. I’ve shopped in several BABWs in several states and have always had a great time… I recommend BABW… just not this one.

For starters, this place is cool, but very expensive. So I treat this place as a treat for my little girl who always wants all the bows and whistles. I went in alone on a Thursday night and was in competition with another little girl. LOL! I was trying to get this bear done as fast as possible. Either way, the young girl at this location was extremely helpful and that bear was completed in no time. I do love this location. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. They are also great with the children who come in to build a bear! I love this place.

This location is on point. Everyone was friendly and helpful. That’s important when you are trying to build a bear with three children. I also liked that they didn’t try to push all the extras on you. They can be a bit pricey but I had a living social deal so it was worth the visit.

My family and I had a great experience at build a bear Annapolis. Lauren helped us out and went above and beyond what we expected. Having driven almost an hour to get there from Columbia. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a bear that’s pretty good quality. They tend to put up with a lot of wear and tear!

As a parent, there are things that you just have to endure sometimes and in our current times going to Build A Bear Workshop is one of them. What kid can resist the pull of this brightly colored store just begging them to find one more accessory for their creations? Coming to Annapolis Mall was part of our Build a Bear field trip part 2. The store in Columbia closed last weekend and so my daughter’s bear was just a bear with absolutely no bling. Fortunately, there are plenty of clothing and accessories available here and my daughter was able to outfit her bear in her own special way. We had a little trouble with the shoes and had to make a exchange. Seems princess bears feet are too fat for heels and her fancy purple pumps would not stay on. We were allowed to make a switch and now I don’t have to fight with them constantly. One employee, Olivia, was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience that much more fun for my daughter.
