Update– the project is 99% done and although things didn’t go as smoothly as I would have hoped, it all was done professionally. They do carry some beautiful fabrics but by no fault of the staff there, they are still understaffed. Being understaffed makes it difficult when more than 2 customers come to the store at once but there’s not really an easy was to plan that on the customers end nor the stores, so I’ve figured out if I when I walk in there are more than 2 other customers there, I’ll return another time.

One Liner: This is a great store if you are searching for upholstery fabrics, drapery fabrics and homer décor fabrics in general. I love that I walk into cookies and water but more importantly I like that the staff is attentive and they will cut you a generous swatch upon request. The organization of this store makes what could be a totally overwhelming experience enjoyable. Fabrics are organized into different pallets so you can easily find a collection of fabrics that inspire you. I personally like the collection of aqua, navy and gray fabrics. They also have a section of outdoor fabrics in case you need something more durable or weather resistant. If you find a fabrics you like here then they will order it and it takes about 3 days to arrive, shipped directly to your home.

Truly one if the worst retail establishments and experiences ever encountered. Apathetic front desk, complete disregard for customer, and zero appreciation for the business.
