I wish I could provide a zero star rating. I have been trying to get Comcast service connected for a month. So far after five phone calls to customer service over the past four weeks, three sites visits at my home, and two no-show appointments for final connection, I not only don’t have Comcast service, they severed my existing service, and I am left with nothing. I decided to switch to Comcast because I got tired of how Verizon continues to penalize Netflix users simply because Netflix provides a better service than cable companies that overcharge for content you never want to watch. I had read reviews that Comcast had enabled the connections/bandwidth for its users that did not generate the buffering delays that Verizon users still encounter with Netflix. I wish I had looked more for Comcast service ratings. As frustrating as FIOS might be, don’t switch, because it will only be worse under Comcast if my experience is an indicator. Clearly there is a complete disconnect between company management and what is going on in the field. Or perhaps they just don’t care. With only two providers, customers have so little choice.

If you call customer service they’ll tell you there is no location in Annapolis but this one is up and running! And it has been for the past 20 years.
