I went here for flowers to put on my father’s grave for Fathers Day. I called Gateway Florist and they helped me so much since this was my first time doing so. A young lady named Morgan was so helpful when I called she was very pleasant and she explained everything thoroughly. The flowers were pretty and it made putting them on my dads grave a lot easier.

Terrible customer service! Ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered Saturday. Asked for them to leave them with a neighbor… needed on Saturday. They didn’t deliver until Monday! They were in mourning and didn’t come to the door. Florist didn’t even call me to let me know they never delivered them! My phone number was right on the order. Florist, instead, delivered four-​day old arrangement on Monday and refused to refund my money! Lisa was very rude on the phone. Told me to «go ahead and leave a negative review.» Does not care about customer service at all! Very disappointing!

This florist is awesome! Let me tell you. They made it so easy to pick out my flowers and colors and gave me ideas that i never would have thought of on my own. My flowers for the wedding were perfect & the touches of peacock feathers made it truly unique & the pricing was good!
