VERY poor service always takes some time to get my FASTfood the foods ok but I highly recommend the Popeyes down the road

This place is a mess, it’s a total shit show everytime I come here. Always takes 10 minutes for my food, sometimes it’s worth it and sometimes it’s not. The operations of this place are tragic, they bicker and argue with one another and it’s guaranteed that three out of five people can’t operate a register.

I tried their Nashville Hot Chicken. It was good and the biscuit was fresh. But the woman running the cash register was had to understand with her accent. They only had three people working there. When I was eating, I heard someone from the back yell «We’re all outta chicken!» Customers were not happy. Wish there was another KFC in the area as I like them more than Popeye’s.

It’s fast food and for anyone to expect a 5 star experience similar to an actual sit down restaurant is crazy! I’m not too sure what all of the 1 star reviews are about. The drive through attendant at this KFC was nice and got my order spot on (even the light ice in my pop). Food tasted great and it was quick! They did their job as advertised. Eat here if you like fast food, do not eat here if you expect a 5 star meal to be delivered fast on a tray or through a window

Horrible! Gross! Ghetto ghetto ghetto! I’ve been there twice (thinking maybe the 1^st time was just a fluke). The staff is horrendously rude and ghetto, the whole place an absolute disaster. We waited 30 minutes b/​c they ran out of chicken (yup, at a KFC!) only to finally get home and realize we were missing half our order. If you crave chicken, drive to another KFC. I hope, for the sake of unsuspecting people everywhere this one goes out of business ASAP.

I only go to KFC when I am craving fried chicken but every time I go they messed up my order… Well they just did it again :(First, i waited for more than 20 minutes and then when I got home I got the wrong order… Wings and potato wedges when I ordered a complete meal and paid more than $ 8. Well, I guess that’s it, I am done with them!

I only go to KFC rarely because of how horrible my experience is every time. My most recent visit, I went there about a half an hour before they closed (unknowingly) and was sitting at the drive thru speaker for about five minutes before just giving up and going inside. They didn’t have what I wanted cooked already, so being that they were still OPEN you’d think they’d at least cook a serving or two… No. I had to order whatever they already had made which was accompanied with potato wedges that had obviously been sitting out.
It’s unfortunate that this is the only KFC in Annapolis because I really enjoy the food but I hate having to go there. The cashiers are usually nice but it’s clear that the managers have no business managing a restaurant and the other workers are just plain rude. It was the «cook» who said my food couldn’t be made and another time the «cook» told the cashier that she had to make my food because it was after a certain time even though he was still there! I also had a manager totally freak out on my boyfriend for standing behind her once… As she was seated with her back facing the ordering area!!!
