My hazelnut latte and oatmeal was so fresh I had to do a double take. I was a bit hesitant based off the reviews not realizing the dates. So as far as 2015 this McDonalds is awesome! Don’t waste your time dealing with the unprofessional employees at the McDonald’s across from Annapolis Mall!!!

Stopped for breakfast. Food was very good. Restaurant was clean. People behind the counter were courteous, prompt and bilingual (Spanish/English). Would definitely eat here again.

Go to the drive thru around 2:15 AM, the sign clearly states that it’s a 24 hour drive thru service. Get to the order screen/speaker and the worker states that it is closed and will open up in two hours. Drove around the building looked in and the young lady was just standing around and the young man was just walking around the restaurant. Bad service, lazy workers.

Great customer service and the good is always great. Not sure what others are talking about. Only problem with this restaurant is trying to make a left onto west street from the exit.

Food ok, customer service stinks.
I go here when I am starving and on this side of town, but I stopped going here because of the frequent lack of customer service. If I am going to eat garbage they can at least make me feel good about it.
Go to Wendy’s they are nicer.

If you ever want to be discouraged from eating fast food, go to this McDonald’s. the service is so slow and unfriendly for food that is hardly worth eating.

I agree with the other reviews 100%. The food is decent but cheese and rice. I don’t know why the service is so horrible. They did not say a single word to me other than «may I take your order» and the total of my purchase. There was no hint of even a half smile. It was more like a glare. I think my fries got cold because the energy coming out of the drive thru window was so icy. Please managers, these people are our future. A little more training wouldn’t hurt. Take pride in whatever you’re doing. McDonald’s can make a lot of people happy. You can make someone’s day.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Holy moly. It’s like the employees are on sedatives. I just wanted a hot chocolate. Took 15 minutes.

Very slow lines at this one. The people there are nice, but they move as slow as turtles. The drive through is by far worse than going inside as far as speed goes.

Don’t cheat on ur arteries with this one. Food is either greasy and flavor free or dry and flavorless. Go to the one in bowie right off of rte 50 (on the service road by exxon)

Simply put, this McDonald’s is OK. It is sometimes hit or miss, with food not being as hot as I like it to be.
