Sorry, I don’t recommend this place. When I arrived to my sleep study, there was a note on the door that said if no one answers, to call the office manager, who lives nearby, and he would come and let you in. Wow. I cannot imagine that being the start to an already stressful event like spending a night away from home with wires attached to your scalp. It was very hard to sleep. The room was comfortable enough, but the rooms don’t have private bathrooms like many other sleep labs. This would make such a big difference. The actual bathroom down the hall had a bunch of masks and tubes in the sink. I guess someone had been washing them. In the middle of the night, an older gentleman stepped outside his room and began yelling«Hello? Hello?» down the hall for literally ten entire minutes. I think the technician fell asleep and he had to go to the bathroom. Same thing happened to me, though, at my titration study. I sat up to use the bathroom, which you’re instructed to do so she can see you sitting up on the surveillance camera and come in to detach your wires. I sat there for 15 minutes, waving my hand to the camera. Finally I just peeled off the gooey wires myself. It took me forever to get my machine. A week after the doctor prescribed it, I called and was told an order hadn’t even been placed for it yet. I had to call them every single day. At one point the office manager told me that he couldn’t schedule an appointment… he had to call the technician first to find out when she would be in. WHAT?! I mean it kind of seems like a bunch of people got together one day and said«let’s start a sleep clinic» and just haphazardly threw everything together. Finally I asked for a copy of my prescription so I could just get the machine elsewhere, and then I suddenly got a call saying the machine would be in the next day. I did not get to pick out a machine but whatever, I was desperate. I asked for a copy of my sleep study results about 6 times before someone finally(typed them up, I guess?) provided them to me SEVENMONTHSLATER. That’s right, that says months, not days. I still haven’t gotten a copy of the prescription that I’ve asked for about 6 times now, so that I can shop elsewhere for medical supplies(this company administers both the sleep test and the medical equipment). I will say that the one time I had no problem hearing from them and getting incessant phone calls was when a staff member called to remind me that I owed a balance of TENDOLLARS. They could do so much better! The people there are nice; the sleep technician/owner is a nice person who took the time to talk to me and offer suggestions. I think maybe they need to expand their staff?

Had a 9:30 appointment, arrived a few minutes early only to learn no one was here. The attendant showed up at 9:35. Then one in she had 3 patients and 1 person to take all paperwork and get set up. Appointment at 9:30 and still at 11:15 I haven’t been set up for the study. They are extremely slow and I will never return. I will be taking my records somewhere else
