Sleepy’s

What a difference one person can make.
My 86 year-​old mother, who struggles to hear and limped into the Annapolis Sleepy’s store last Saturday, was looking for a bed that she could safely get into and out of. Stephanie took the time and patience to show my mother exactly what she needed to see and helped her understand the differences between bed frames. Shortly after, Mom purchased new bed frames and we were on our way.
The frames were purchased on Saturday and they were delivered and set up the next day! The delivery guys were in a bit of a hurry and shortly after they left, we discovered that the bed was too high for her to get into. I called Sleepy’s and told them that this was my fault, I was right there and didn’t notice what happened until after the fact.
Even though I offered to cover the cost to have the Sleepy’s crew return to adjust the beds, Sleepy’s insisted that they would take care of it. This is the type of service you expect from Nordstrom’s or Neiman Marcus, not a bed store, and certainly not for something that was under $ 500.
The end result is that I can sleep peacefully knowing that my mother’s able to comfortably and safely get into and out of bed.
Sleepy’s has been my go-​to for years while living in Parkville, MD, having purchased two or three beds from them. Whether it’s Parkville or Annapolis, Sleepy’s has never let me down.

My wife and I went in ¹¹⁄₁₀ and we promptly greeted when we arrived after that things went downhill. She immediately took us to the most expensive mattress. She never introduced herself nor did she ask our names. We were trying out the bed and asking questions of the material and warranty when another person walked in. We were in middle of the conversation looking towards the ceiling talking to no one.
If I am spending 10k on a mattress I expect better customer service. Yesterday we brought one from competition where we treated with respect.
Also check their ads out and read carefully as the better mattress are all excluded. The ones in the ½ price are fit for a dog to sleep on.

Went by today looking for latex mattresses. They had none all latex, but the service was excellent. He encouraged me to try various beds and examined why this one or that one was good for me, etc. I wanted to buy a bed just because they were so nice and attentive, as well as knowledgeable about the beds. But I was looking for latex. They do have one which is a Beauty Rest that has latex in it, and it was tempting, but not what I was looking for.
