Mattress Discounters Annapolis

My experience with Mattress Discounters was not good. The first mattress I purchased gave me a back ache. I exchanged it for a pillow top that I soon realized was way too soft and sagged in the middle. On top of that the pillow top had a very strong smell. When I complained the company sent another mattress which smelled worse. I asked for a refund and was told that was impossible.

We went here on Labor Day to look for a new mattress. In full disclosure, I know one of the sales members here as a long-​term friend.
But anyway, I didn’t know what to expect since the last time I bought a mattress it was at Macy’s over 10 years ago. This was a MUCH better experience. John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. It feels funny at first lying around with a bunch of strangers, but that’s the only way to do it.
They work as a team so there is no pressure for commission or competition over the others. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds.
We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can’t wait for it to be delivered next week!
It was a great experience and the store seems to have good «Feng Shui» as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. I totally recommend at least a visit if you’re looking at mattresses or pillow!
