A few minutes ago, I went to the Sprint store concerned about my bill and wanted to upgrate one of my lines to a tablet. Joe was able to lower my monthly bill and help me with my upgrade. I love the fact that whenever I need help with my account, someone at this location is able to help me.

In considering a change from T-​mobile to Sprint I came to this store and the retail consultant assigned to me was Casey. He was very disengaged and I was not impressed with his ability to understand my needs and find solutions for me. He pointed me to a few phones and went off by himself to tinker on his phone. Needless to say, I went down the street to the AT&T store and Kirk went above and beyond to help me. I now have AT&T.
