Baskin Robbins

Ordered a cake here for our sons party. The cake you had online was yellow and my 6 year old said he won’t eat it, it’s too girly. So I called and staff was so sweet, stated I can pick any color. We chose green. I called again the morning of picking up, and double checked that it will be green — the lady that answered the phone states it’s ready and that it looks good and even suggested that we add another color to letters «Happy Birthday» — so we did. When we picked it up — cake was perfect. Just beautiful. And yummy. Thank you !!! Service on Saturday 6/​4& Sunday ⁶⁄₅ was astonishing.

While this girl (Mckenzie) was preparing my ice cream she wiped her nose several times, and then used her hand to move ice cream over, physically touching my ice cream!
We told the male associate about it, and she continued wiping her nose even after the fact, but our drink was remade. Just keep your eyes open while you’re here, it’s the first time it’s happened to me but I was just so confused on how she kept going.

Took a late night stop last night by my local baskin-​robbins in search of my fix for Strawberry Cheesecake. Server informs me theres a shortage of BR Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream & they dont have it at the moment, didnt go into specifics why, so i settled for Oreo Cookies and Cream. 2 scoops cost $ 4.49, so I grabbed my Ma and I both 2 scoops each. She prefers waffle cones, I asked for a cup. The server charges me $ 4.49 each, but my mom gets an AVALANCHE of ice cream compared to my 2 scoops in the cup.
I felt bamboozled, I wanted that much ice cream as well
:(Baskin Robbins turned me off, as quantity means alot when it comes to spending my $$$. Not my fave place, I personally prefer Leatherbys. I’ll make the extra drive to fulfill my needs next time! Right next door to Subway and Sally Beauty Supply.

The customer service at this location has always been kind of spotty, and my latest trip was no exception. The area where they prep the milkshakes was dirty and I had to wait a long time for someone to come help me.

The girl got my ordered totally wrong because she was to busy flirting with the togos guys and then was rude to me as if I was the one that made the order wrong lol ahhhh young people GET A CLUE!

I love this location as I enjoy both togos and baskin robbins! It’s a match made in heaven! (but I do have a soft spot for ice cream)
Yummy! I love how clean it is in here and the staff is always patient and nice. There are a lot of kids usually but they’re enjoying the same thing as all of us, ice cream!
It’s not really my favorite ice cream place and for the price as well, but on those cravings for ice cream, I’ll settle as it does taste yummy and they always have everything in stock.

peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Definitely one of my favorite flavored ice cream here. Many varieties of ice cream flavors to choose from. Pick your flavor and have a great summer.

I don’t care for Togo’s, but Baskin Robbin’s Cherry Jubilee is my only friend.
