I usually don’t eat fast food, but decided to stop by the other day and had Vlad who was taking my order make me best sandwich ever. The place is nice and clean and stuff are friendly, I will be back!

They always have fresh bread which is #1 in a sandwich! My favorite sandwich shop in the whole Sacramento!
Try their senta-​fe chicken salad which has amazing dressing!!!
My favorite sandwich is turkey and cheese or turkey and avocado!
Also Ice cream helps the sandwich go down smoother :)

I have been a Togo’s customer from the first store near San Jose State. I still think they make the best sandwich there is. I made a mistake. I bought a Wrap for my wife and myself. OMG. One of the worst things I have ever ate. We had two different types. Both were horrible. I would eat one for free again. Not the Togo’s I have known. I have had Wraps from other places and enjoyed them My wife is a real fan of them. You have made a mistake. Sorry…

Came across what I hope is a new employee. Took a while to make the sandwich while trying to remain friendly and polite. I am assuming after a little bit of practice that will be fixed.

For such a ‘fully employed’ restaurant, I have a hard time getting service each time my wife, myself or friends come here.
We wait at least 10 minutes for someone to finally notice us. Which is crazy, because it seems like 5 – 10 people are here on a shift. Tables are normally dirty. So what is it that the employees are doing while they are here?
Went here around 12 pm today, and they ran out of roast beef and were low on ham. How does a sandwich shop operate when they’re out of sandwich meat? Fortunately, this has not happened at any other Togos I’ve ever been to. No excuses necessary, just get your store together.
**UPDATE: Timely responses from manager ensure that the business is on top of their game and their ability to keep composure is also apparent. For this, a star upgrade. Hopefully, the next time I visit this restaurant, I’ll receive what I order, and I can upgrade this to 5 stars.

Why overcharge when I have a coupon? 2 sandwiches to go, cold cheese, not heated. $ 14 he said. Ok, hand him $ 5 off card (for donating blood) and he says my total is $ 9.92. I tried to talk to them, they said this is just how it is. Got the owners number. Now I have to fight for less than $ 1? Sucks.

Probably the best togos I’ve ever been to! Every person that has made my sandwich here has made it perfect. They are so mouth watering! The customer service is awesome they are always friendly and happy to help. And then they have ice cream! Always a treat to come here!

I bring my daughter here all the time.
The food is great and so is the service. I usually get their Italian sandwich, the #16, and a half salad and their portions are generous. They serve fresh brewed iced tea, which gets an extra star from me.
The place is always clean and the employees are friendly.
They also have a Baskin-​Robbins here so we also grab some ice cream before leaving.
Stop in for a great sandwich, you will not be disappointed.

Arguably the best Togo branch I’ve ever seen. You get greeted every time you walk through the door, they bus the tables immidiately, and the staff is always friendly and helpful during the ordering process.
I always feel like togo’s is a little expensive for fast food, but this one actually makes you feel like it’s worth it to spend the couple of extra dollars to come specifically to this site.

Stopped back in tonight for a triple dip. The register area was cleaned up a lot from last time. Way less chaotic back there, and Brittney was on point. I got all 3 meats this time. Big improvements! Thank you!

The only Togos location I eat at locally. Being highly allergic to tomatoes this location goes above and beyond. They wash the knife in front of me, wipe down the cutting board, grab the food from the back. All without asking.

Best Togos location ever!!! They’ll make the things that aren’t even available now that they’ve changed the menu. Best quality and care goes into their sandwiches. Great customer service always completely satisfied.

Only been here twice, and I think I ordered some sort of tuna sandwich both times. Can’t remember the prices either, but I’ll say it was fair for the size of the sandwiches I got. There’s a Baskin Robbins in the same location – literally, just turn around and it’s right there, in case you’d like ice cream for dessert.
The place is really loud, so I was surprised the girl who was making my sandwich could hear me. I sure had to strain my ears to hear her questions. I don’t know if they were understaffed that day or if the noise was detrimental to the speed of their service, because I stood there waiting for my sandwich for about ten minutes.

I prefer Togos over Subway, any day of the week and although my expectations aren’t so high when it comes to chain sandwich shops like these. I still however expect to be treated like a customer. However my experience was far from that. Let’s just say if your not a certain race or ethnicity here. I guess they aren’t so friendly here with you. Sadly I can’t believe this still exists and in this part of area in Sacramento where it’s very multicultural.
Now the food aspect of it– the sandwiches weren’t that bad and they actually tasted okay. The restaurant itself was a little messy and very disorganized. There wasn’t any clean tables to sit inside yet the employees there were too busy chatting away and not being professional at all; When it came to taking your order in a timely manner.
No I won’t be back at this location, but togos I will still head to you when I need a sandwich on the go!

This Togo’s has the nicest staff. I just went in and ordered a sandwich to take home for dinner. I didn’t have a great day, and I actually slept most of the day, but the girl who took my order, Alexis, was so friendly she broke through my sullen mood.
I prefer Togo’s to Subway, and this location is one of the reasons. The veggies and bread are always fresh, but the customer service is what makes it so awesome.
Thanks for turning my frown upside down, Togo’s!

been here 2 times so far not bad i always get the triple dip i like it, but it seems like everyone is always running around with your meat or sum, kinda takes a long time to get your sandwich, but i guess its ok the sandwich is pretty good not soggy great produce and meat. some times they will forget some stuff like the dip. il come back.

It’s so nice to have a Togo’s near my home. Some Togo’s are shutting down Sacramento area which is unfortunate because Togo’s make some of the best sandwiches. Through Unilocal I received a great offer of buy one 6inch sandwhich & receive a free drink which I redeemed today. I was greeted by Joseph with a smile & he was so quick making up my #24 turkey avacado. He was friendly & we had a nice quock chat about the upcoming Superbowl. The place was clean & I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service! I will be back!

I was looking forward to going to Togo’s because they have yummy sandwichs. I usually don’t get to Togo’s because there is not one conveniently located by me. So I just so happen to be around one today so I stopped in.
I was helped rather quickly, there was one other person in line ahead of us but someone else came to help us. The lady that made our sandwiches was nice enough and followed all my directions on how I wanted my sandwich (I am a bit of a picky eater) so that was a plus. We paid for our food and then went to sit down.
I would say that more seating would be nice but it is a tiny place so I understand they have no where to put more seats.
My sandwich was perfect… just what I was expecting. Supper yummy. I love the bread they have… it’s so yummy and tasty. I think that’s what keeps me coming back. Haha.
So overall a good experience… yummy food and good service.
