This cleaners use to be bad in the past, but now since I’ve started coming back two months ago, it has been very good. The customer service is especially great now and my clothes are press exactly as I want. I’m glad I went back.

I have to say I’m surprised at some of the reviews on here. I have been going to Fresh & Save Cleaners for the past two years and have nothing but positive reviews for their service and quality. I know that finding a cleaners you can rely on isn’t easy; I know because I had gone through a few headaches — and ruined clothes — before I started going here. Here’s five reasons why I would recommend them: 1) Quality of work — my clothes come back clean with no problems every time; 2) Quick turnaround — clothes done quickly and always on time; 3) Service — exemplary, professional, especially Shobnah; 4) Price — competitive for what I have experienced with other cleaners 5) Environmentally sound — if you care about our water and air, don’t overlook the value of this when choosing a cleaners. Granted, there are a lot of choices out there, but Fresh & Saves works for me. I live in Roseville, so it’s easy to drop off and pick my clothes off after work. They definitely get a «thumbs up» from me.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was told that they were under new management but it didn’t make a difference. I took 10 items in that had food stains or just needed to be cleaned and none of the stains came out. One of the sweaters still had food on it, which I was able to get off with a wet towel. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

This place is crap… My husband took his suits to get dry cleaned here and they said it’ll be done in 1 week(next Tuesday) from the time he dropped it off… He went there on Wednesday a day late and they still didn’t even have his dry cleaning done… He was nice enough to give them more time and returned the next Thursday but guess what? They still didn’t have it done so he asked them to just refund him and return his suits to him so he can take it somewhere else… The owner refused until my husband threaten that he’ll take the owner to the small claims court… Finally they refunded my husband. Disgusting place too. If I could give this place zero stars that would be great!

This place is absolutely horrible! doesn’t even deserve a star!!! short and simple… DONOTGOHERE! They fuck your clothes up! Worst customer service ever, the quality of dry cleaning doesn’t even deserve the word«quality», it’s SHiT! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!

This business is run horribly. When I dropped off my clothes, I told them that I need a quick turnaround which I in turn paid extra for. When I went in to pick up my clothes on the agreed upon day, my clothes still hadn’t been touched. While I was waiting for the worker to figure out what to do, 3 other customers came in but their clothes were lost and/or misplaced. I highly recommend not using this business unless you want to wait a long time and possibly have your clothing lost.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My mother takes her clothes here and recommended that I take my husband’s military uniform here. I was a bit hesitant because they had lost some of her clothes in the past that were later found but she continues to do business there so I trusted her judgment. I called on Monday 6÷13÷11 to ask if they did military uniforms and they informed me they did. I went in on Tuesday 6÷14÷11 to drop off the uniform and two white hats. I stated I need these done by Friday and the girl said we can have them done by Thursday. So I’m thinking even better! They make you pay upfront. So I paid the $ 17.90 no problem. Today, Thursday 6÷16÷11 my husband goes to pick up his uniform. Only to find that the hats were not cleaned! Whoever handled them did not read the tag on how to clean them and used something that made ink bleed through from the inside to the outside of the WHITE hat. He left one to have it rewashed but brought the ruined one home. I looked on the inside of the hat and the sweat marks around the inside band looked like they had not been touched. So I went there myself with the hat and requested for the other hat and my $ 9 back for the cost to clean the hats which were NOT clean! I requested to speak to the manager but apparently she had just left for the day. So some guy from the back came up to me and started cutting me off while I was speaking and tried yanking the hat from my hands. He was even raising his voice to me at one point. Apparently body oils take much longer than 2 days to remove and that’s why the hats were not cleaned correctly. And really had no excuse for the ink stain they had added to the front of the hat. He told me that it was my fault because I requested a rush and it was just not enough time. Funny how, I never stated anything about a rush to the girl whom rung me up. I simply asked if it could be done by Friday and SHE is who stated they could be done by Thursday with no mention of a «Rush.» They refused to refund the money for the hats and stated they could try to redo the hats at no cost. Umm NOTHANKYOU! Why would I leave them with you to ruin twice?!? BTW, the tag states to wash the hats in a washer which they did not do. I could have washed them at my home and done a better job. But I thought I’d pay a «Professional» to do the job for me. I may have come back here if they had some sort of remorse for the service we received. But because of the way I was treated I would not go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
