Order was made correctly, gentlemen at the counter was nice and quick, pizza just wasn’t enough to wow me to a five star. I will try again

Horrible service horible management. I had a pizza 2 weeks ago it took over an hour to get to my house it was cold and looked like it had been over. There latest thing is to not pick the phone up or take it off the hook.

This was a delivery. Pizza was delivered ahead of schedule, was hot and looked good for a delivery. The pizza tasted good., but the 4 sides of marinara I paid extra for were not worth a penny. They were the most watery I’ve ever had. I called and spoke the manager, who credited my order for the bad marinara. That was nice, but I asked her to make sure the other customers tonight don’t get the same watery mix. She said she would look into it. My question is, how did such clearly sub-​standard marinara every get out of the kitchen in the first place? Don’t the cooks or other personnel who prepare this stuff for delivery look at what they’re sending out? Sign of the times, I guess…

I ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in years. I typically order from Barros here in Anthem. Wow! Was I disappointed. I’ve had bad pizza before but this was bad. Tough, over cooked, half cold. The breadsticks were boring and dull. I remember Pizza Hut used to be THE place to get the best pizza. How a manager would let anything out the door looking or tasting this bad is a shame. I spent $ 15 on pizza there only to throw it away after a slice. I’ve had frozen store bought pizza that was better than what I paid for. And probably a whole lot cheaper. Don’t waste your time ordering here. It was terrible.!! Sure would be nice to get my $ 15 back.

Wow where do I start go hungry because the place is nasty, old, dirty, salad was gross and help what help did it all myself glad I know the system ordered like I was going to go ate my pizza and drink paid my bill and left. waited and waited for help and no one did anything they just did not care

This was absolutley the worst delivery service, pizza, management that I have ever had from any pizza dleivery company. The delivery guy gave me the bill first, and I put a tip on it, then wanted my credit card to take an imprint. I have ordered from other drivers at Pizza Hut and they never asked me for a card! He was rude, and said he would not give me my pizza without it! Then I opened the box, and there was a tiny amount of cheese on top of the pizza. I ordered the chese bacon stuffed crust pizza, and there was also no cheese or bacon in the crust! I then called the store manager, who herself did not know how to handle this complaint call. Her excuse for the pizza was «we are training our pizza maker’s.» This was Saturdaty night!!! I asked for the Franchisee’s phone number, and she refused. So she then said they would call me back! No call… and not expecting any! There are six other pizza restaurant’s up here! I have lived here for 11 years, and I was never treated or served a pizza like this, we were unable to eat it! They need alot of help in training from the top down! Good luck Pizza Hut. I want to all my neghbors, and fellow residents in Anthem to know about this!

Went for dinner tonight at the restaurant, usually just get delivery which is ok… I will probably not eat here again and stick with delivery. The pizza took forever and was undercooked, no crunch to it. We asked for pineapples and they put so many on it was just overwhelming. Also the bathrooms are just gross, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, ever. I was pretty bummed about the whole experience, what a waste of calories.

Food… always hot and correct. Salad bar buffet is limited but good for the money.
Ambiance…your typical Pizza Hut.
Staff…I’ve had good and bad.
Verdict…I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this Pizza Hut is worth a try when in the mood.

We have ordered pizza from this location on several occasions. We have dined in and picked up our own pizza. Our orders have been wrong, we have had comlpetely empty boxes delivered to our home and then when we reported it to the store was told we were lying about it. We actually had to drive to the store and show them the empty box with no grease stains to prove there had never been a pizza in the box. Then last night we ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza in the big box deal. Out of 9 people in our household, 8 people ate the pizza. 7 got violently ill with in 20 – 30 minutes of eating it. The 8 person was a 2 year old that only ate breadsticks. I can not believe the lack of customer service when you call this Pizza Hut. I called to get the corporate number. Beverly answered the phone and advised she would need my information and she was only following procedure. Refused to give me any information or help what so ever. I have reported this incident to the Health dept to have them investigate this Pizza Hut. Apparently it is a Franchis and Director is Trevor Kyte. Well Trevor I hate to say this but you are running a very poor establishment and have lost our business completely.

I don’t even know how they can call this pizza! The thin crust is like eating cardboard… disgusting

Pizza Hut was one of the first pizza places that was here when we moved to Anthem a decade ago. Located in the same plaza as Starbucks, it offers guests a dining room option which was always a hit for our family. Lunch time buffet offers a few choice pizzas, some pasta and salad.
Take out was every Friday night in our family and pizza was always hot and tasty. Another perk about this location is that it offers a drive-​thru window to pick up your pizza as an alternative to delivery. Friendly service too!

I’ve eaten at Pizza Huts all over Phoenix and all across the United States. While this chain doesn’t produce a pizza that would compete with one served to the gods on Mount Olympus, you can usually be assured of a decent pizza at a reasonable price. At this particular Hut in Anthem I have «dined-​in» and «ordered-​out». The dining room is small and pleasant but best of all, the service was superb. We have also picked up pizza here and taken it home to eat. Most of the time the pizza has been OK. Unfortunately the last time we ordered out, we ordered a «thick crust super supreme»… which turned out to be far from super. It was primarily a piece of flat bread with what appeared to be an artists rendering of what a pizza should look like from directly over head. There was very little in the way of any real toppings on it. It was just a tomato red color with some faint impressions of pepperoni, onion, peppers and some of the other normal condiments. I am hoping this was just a one time slip and not an attempt on the part of Pizza Hut to cut costs by eliminating the volume of most of the toppings. This was one of the «specials» that Pizza Hut runs periodically where you can get any size pizza for ten dollars. I would rather spend more money and get a real pizza rather than a facsimile of a pizza. Pizza Hut is usually a solid Unilocal three star dining establishment, but on this one particular visit, it sunk to 1 ½ stars. As I previously stated, I hope this one time was an aberration. I will try one more time… but only one more time; if the product turns out as abysmal as this last one was, I will go elsewhere in the Anthem area for pizza. We shall see.
