Can I go any lower??? Stood in line inside the store… not very busy. I was next in line forever. The 4 baristas were moving in slow motion and kept talking amongst themselves. The line was huge and not moving outside in the drive thru. I have never walked out of a Starbucks before. I did today. Too bad!

Still can’t say it enough. They are so slow. I go inside today and there is 2 people ahead of me and it takes forever. No urgency. I opt to just buy a bottled frappuccino because once I get through the line I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes for my drink. 7 – 8 people working and most of them just taking their time. Not what I’ve seen in other Starbucks.

The service here is absolutely horrible. Just horrible! The drive-thru wraps around the back of the building and into a medical facility parking lot(definitely not the best of situations and could absolutely be a nightmare). The drive-thru baristas come across as rude and not very customer friendly. I’ve been inside several times and each time the counter baristas are also less than customer oriented. Maybe its something in the water in that area. The ONLY reason why I tend to stop at this facility is because it is almost one of the last Starbucks options when driving up to Flagstaff.

Quick update… decided to give them another try this morning only because I ran out of Coffee at home and figured what the heck, maybe they’ve gotten better. I arrived prepared for a long wait and boy was I right! 13 cars in front of me from what I could count but I know there were two or three more out of view. Anyhow, 27 min wait! Then to top it all off my drink was wrong and I order from the menu, nothing special, Unreal! Just as a comparison, after i left here I set the timer on my phone, stopped and filled the tank on my truck, went to frys and grabbed a few groceries, dropped off dry cleaning and made a deposit at the bank through the ATM. Did all of that in 31 min. This location is horrible!!!

They lost me the minute one rude employee told me to «order something on the menu» after my slightly altered drink was made wrong. Messed with the wrong starbucks drinker though for two reasons. One being that I’m studying advertising and read the starbucks marketing book. Their entire company lives off of the concept that you can have what you want when you want it and it will be made correct. Obviously this employee is working for the wrong employer. Also, I spend about 250 $ a month on starbucks me alone. Doesnt count my mom and brother. So he just cost his store quiet a bit of profit by not wanting to stick a drink back in the blender. Some baristas have become overly rude and intitled. Its sad. But true. Not going back. Would rather walk in to the walk in starbucks a mile down the road, even if it means being in my pajamas.

From the moment you walk up to the front door the entire place is just filthy. Spill stains on the concrete and tables outside to trash and crumbs on the floors inside. Dirty windows, bathrooms, can only imagine how dirty it is behind the counter. The front door mat has been in same spot for a week. No one has pick it up to sweep or clean. Theres no music ever. I saw an employee go from half wiping tables to handling cash to making drinks all without once washing her hands. The employees obviously aren’t happy, they move slowly and therefore there’s always a line of people waiting for a simple cup of coffee. The wait line is obviously due to the fact that the employees are moving slowly and not working together. The place isn’t that busy, lines back up due to slow moving employees… very inefficient. Very poor management.

This is the consistently slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s right next to my office so I’m forced to make the trip here… about every other day. I’ve waited 15 minutes in the drive through, with only 4 cars ahead of me. Then, when I decided it would be faster just to walk inside, boy was I wrong. These baristas need to get it together. A 15 minute wait for coffee is unheard of, especially at Starbucks… And to top it off, it’s never even really busy. well, not enough to justify the wait time. Being that this store is so close to my job, I really hope they can make some improvements. I have an extra star because the drinks are usually made well.

Still going here on a daily basis and I am still impressed with service every time. This is one of the busiest stores in the USA and when one of their machines is down, they do their best to keep business going as promptly as possible. I have noticed in the past couple of months that they’ve increased their staff to meet the demands of their customers. The employees work their butts off and certainly do their best. It certainly shows! It will always be one of my favorite places to frequent.

So slow it’s hard to believe these guys are still even in business. I stopped by on Saturday at 11:30AM waited in line for 15 minutes only two cars cleared the drive-thru, I never got to order so I left, the service here has always been slow and horrible, I’m done with you guys. Maybe someone can open a Dutch Bros in Anthem.

So this is the best Starbucks in Anthem primarily due to the service. It’s fast, friendly, and they always provide consistent quality. There is one negative that’s horrible enough to excuse the positives, and that is Steve. Steve is my least favorite server I’ve ever met, and he always seems to be working when I come in. This review isn’t a joke sadly, I’ve had to deal with his service too long and plenty of people that go to this location have told me about his distasteful«service» as well. This location receives 5/5, but Steve gets a −4÷5, unfortunately averaging it to 1⁄5.

Stopped by at 8pm on a Friday night. One person in front of us in the drive through. The service was very slow of the person in front of us. Not sure what the guy ordered but it must have been hard to make. Once I arrived at the window my order was ready. Ordered a double carmel ribbon crunch with no whip. Aside from the slow service the drink was made well and met my expectations. I have to agree with the other reviews on not coming here if you are in a hurry.

Once again, the drive through is slow as a snail. I just don’t understand how they can be so slow! With as long as you have to wait, the drinks should be ready by the time you get to the window, but they still make you wait. Someone needs to help them be more efficient.

I have generally had good experiences at this location and of the ones available in Anthem, this is the best. Rated 3 of 5 stars due to the location not being a great example of what a Starbucks should be when it comes to customer service and drink consistency. I found the service to be slower than the average Starbucks but not excessive.

Steve could use some more CSR training. Decent PSL, clean bathrooms, good parking but focus definitely seemed to be on their drive thru and not the walk in customers.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girls are so rude and act like your bothering them if THEY make a mistake. I was treated very poorly by Anna and I’m not even sure that’s her name because her buddy was reluctant to give me a name! There is zero customer service skills here and the drinks are made horribly. I will not be back, the girls are there in the late afternoon and work the window… they should find another job if they don’t like serving people. There have been a few times that the drinks were ok amd the service was good but very few and far between.

It would have been faster if I would have grown, harvested, and brewed the tea myself. Last time I come to this location ever! They are always out of things and there is ALWAYS a huge line.
