This Starbucks is all around fantastic!!! I am a huge coffee fan, and have a lot of background in coffee, and I can honestly say this store knows what’s up! My drink(Triple Grande Coconut Milk Mocha) is always perfect, and the partners really care! They make an effort to know me and create conversations every time I step into the store! They’ve also always gots smiles on their faces, and look eager to help the next customer. This combination of excellent service and stellar beverages is the reason they’ve earned a 5 star rating!!!

Where do I begin? I am a starbucks junkie. I go everyday and get the same thing. And yes it’s a little complicated. Other stores give me attitude, or don’t fix it when it’s wrong, but not these guys ! Everyday their drinks are on point and on time ! If the line is out the door I’m not concerned because they are so efficient and my drink is always right ! IF and I’ve only and it happen once, but if it’s not right they will re make it without any hassle and greatly apologize. This store knows what good customer service is and it shows through their wonderful personalities and awesome drinks ! Great job daisy mountain starbs !

This Starbucks is wonderful. They have an after school rush with the two schools right down the street but their normal business hours are a nice environment to work in or have a chat with a friend. The baristas are all wonderful! Particularly Betty, Jeremy, and Allie. Their service, sociability, and drink making are all fantastic. The bathrooms are kept very clean here. They also have a large selection of products in the cooler and little snacky things. The location is small but that’s part of what makes it such a great place. It gives you the great Starbucks taste but with a more familiar twist rather than the corporation/chain atmosphere.

Ahhh another Starbucks. Basically i judge these places on weird criteria now. This location had no free reading material like newspapers and the garbage cans needed to be emptied. Two outside tables were not broken and my medium iced coffee tasted fine at under 3 bucks. Kinda smallish inside as well. Oh yeah, three days ago, I had a smoked butterscotch frappachino at another location and the whipped cream was dusted with sugar. Solid new flavor.

I think there must be new management since the last reviews because I have found my service here has been amazing and I stop here almost everyday. It’s Star Bucks so I’m not going to say anything about the product but the service has been great and the place is always clean. I usually sit in here for 30 minutes each morning on my tablet getting ready for my day and they are very pleasant with me.

I first come up to the counter and I get no hi, or I’ll be with you in one second. The barista just looks at me and says she can’t get take my order for at least 10 minutes, like I’m an inconvenience to her. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And to top it off she burned my coffee. If Marina is your barista taking your order or making your coffee, stay far far away from this Starbucks!

If I could give zeros stars, I would in a heartbeat. I have never written a Unilocal review and ONLY decided to because of this horrible staff. I was on my way from Mesa to flagstaff after driving from Huntington Beach, ca to Mesa the day before. That being said we had stopped at a few different locations along the way. This Starbucks was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced with staff. Right as we walked in the door, the cashier asked us «what do you want» when we hadn’t even made it to the counter yet. My sister said she didn’t know yet and smiled and said it’d be a moment. He rolled his eyes and walked back behind the counter and started talking to the other staff about how people should know what they want clearly loud enough for us to hear. After waiting a couple minutes or so for him to return I ordered two drinks as refreshers mixed together with easy ice. He again rolled his eyes again and starting righting on the cups and handed them to the girl working on them and said have fun with these and then turned around for us to pay as if we didn’t just hear that again. We paid and then walked over to where they served the drinks once they were made and sat at the table nearest it. The lead(she was in a black apron) walked in from the back and the two staff members inside called her over and started saying«they want ez ice. Are they stupid?! It’s a fucking iced drink» and started laughing and she looked at us and started laughing and responded sarcastically with«well it’s whatever the customer wants right» and rolled her eyes and then looked at us again and went back into the stockroom. Finally got our drinks and they were filled to the top with ice and barely any mix and they just handed them to us and said bye sternly and we left. I work in retail for a Fortune 500 company and I would have been fired on the spot for even thinking of doing any of that! Horrible attitudes, no respect, no common sense, horrible staff. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEHERE. The staff working was scheduled Sunday April 12th, 2014 around 12 – 1 pm 2 girls, 1 guy.

Ive been in here 3 times, and just have not had pleasant experiences. The last time we were driving up north(December) and my friend and I wanted to get our caffeine fix. She went ahead of me and ordered a pumpkin spice. The cashier rolled her eyes at her and said they dont make that anymore. So while my friend was deciding on another drink, I ordered my iced white peppermint mocha. I gave her my credit card and then asked for my receipt– she told me she had already thrown it away!!!(they were doing the«come back after 2pm and get another drink for $ 2). I told her I only wanted it for that and she said, «well you didnt use your gold card so it wouldnt matter anyways.» and went to the next person. So I then get my drink that was all wrong. I paid extra to get just a plain HOT mocha. I told them and the barista girl gave me a card for $ 4 credit towards another drink. I just will not be back to this one every again. The drive thru one just a short distance away is much friendlier and havent messed up my drinks then gave me an attitude about it after.

I found the experience today less than desirable as Kyle who was making my drink with his long hair hanging down over his eye’s. As he was making the drink shaking his hair and who knows what was falling into my drink. You would think management would have him wear a hair net. I will no longer order drinks if Kyle is working with his hair dangling over my drink.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. Stuck up staff and my iced vanilla latte was still hot, in the plastic cup! We travel a lot from Flagstaff to Tucson and Anthem is our go to place for a food stop in between, but we stay away from this Starbucks.

I love Starbucks and have high expectations for my experience. The register partner was great, I give him a 5. He was friendly and nice even though a bunch of people just walked in. The Redhead that seemed to be in charge was a little tense. She told the barista 5 times that the Java Chip Frappuccino gets drizzle. She seemed a little irritated with her for forgetting. The barista asked if the customer wanted the drizzle and they were adamant that they did. She put the drizzle on the drink. The redhead continued to tell her that the drinks with chips get drizzle. I tried to be nice to the redhead and asked about her store. She was irritated and bitchy. I know it is frustrating to train people when your store is a little busy but you are in the people business serving coffee. Try to remember that, mean redhead lady. Starbucks may need to remind her of the core purpose, «To create an uplifting experience that enriches people’s daily lives». Enter at your own risk!

I like this Starbucks the best in Anthem. The Batista’s are quick with good quality. And this Starbucks generally has the nicest workers ! My friend and i come here quite often and haven’t been disappointed yet !

Wow, I found a Starbucks that hasn’t been reviewed yet, and I bet that loads of Unilocal-er peeps have been here. Coffee at Starbucks is Coffee at Starbucks; the flavor doesn’t change much… This Starbucks location gets a «fan» rating not because of the coffee, but the fantabulous service! This Starbucks is a well oiled machine when you need a cup of Joe and your in a rush. In the many times I’ve ordered here, it seems they have a good system in place to deal with the heavy traffic that happens sporadically throughout the day. Don’t be deceived by the long lines at this location. The baristas that run this Starbucks know how to handle the fluctuations in traffic. On top of the speedy service, the baristas here are also very friendly and pleasant. They’re nice without being too sugary, if you know what I mean. I would not recommend going here if you plan on staying a while to study. Finding an empty table is very hit and miss and there’s just a lot of traffic. It can get distracting. Overall, a great experience. Props to this Starbucks for knowing how to serve coffee efficiently with friendly faces!
