My technician was always talking and loud. I don’t need to hear someone chatting during my entire what’s supposed to be a very relaxing time. Stop talking and start paying more attention to the customer’s feet.

Owner is so unpleasant. Nail techs ok, but I can find equally adequate service and not give my cash to an as!!!

Unfortunately I am not a fan. Too many strikes against them. This is my punishment for not going to my usual place. Had to come here for a quick pedi and saw that they have express pedis for $ 18 that are done in 20 minutes. I walked in 30 minutes before close and I don’t think they wanted to help me but they did. 1st strike. 2nd strike: their chairs don’t accommodate short people. I’m 5′. Usually a place has chairs that move forward. Apparently not this place. The lady wanted me to move myself forward which meant slouching and stretching my legs uncomfortably. Good thing it was express bc sitting like that for longer would have been a bad back pain. 3rd strike: since it was express, u don’t get a massage so at least let me get one through the chair. Well while she was putting the polish on, she kept telling me not to move. All the other places I’ve ever been I’ve never had to not move while getting a massage in the chair. They’ve always worked around it. Only plus — 10% off if you pay in cash. That was the lady’s tip. Heck that was generous enough considering I didn’t get a massage and all the strikes. There were a couple others but I’ll stop at 3. You could tell that everyone there just wants to get out. The other places I’ve ever been are nice about it or at least don’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. I definitely won’t be back and won’t try to diverge from my usual place(Phong Super Nail on 35th Ave and Peoria) but since it’s only close on my way home from work, this place had to do for the quickness. Last last resort. Ok — one more strike — the price. I know it’s Anthem but most places that are’t foofy, you can get a standard pedi WITH a massage for the same price. Regular ones are $ 23.
