I went on a recommendation… I won’t be back. I got there at 10am, when it said on Google… the open time was painted over with an X over 10, and painted 11 below. So I went to the gym. and came back at 11:15 or so… was told there would be a 30 minute. There was one client having a pedicure!!! They said they were too busy. I guess they don’t want business. I went elsewhere.

Worst experience ever to the point I had to walk out in the middle of it. I have never done that before in my life for anything. 1. The water was cold. C’mon! 2. The gal over flooded the tub… awesome. 3. She was pushing the cuticles back with her FINGERNAIL! Are you kidding me?! 4. She barely scrubbed my feet to remove callus and told me that’s all she could do. BS!!! Every other place have done a great job except for Lillian’s. This place is a joke. The people that work there aren’t even friendly or look like they enjoy working there.

Had a great experience with Kim. She made my nails look great. So happy I stopped in! My new Anthem nail salon!

So I have only been here for acrylic nails and gel tips.(Also fills for my acrylics). I like this place a lot. I think that they are one of the best in anthem. They have always been on time with my appointments and many of my friends and I are regular customers there. It is a little pricy and they are not the most talkative in the world but they do good work.

The technicians do a good job, but the customer service is poor. Appointment times are not kept and though they advertise walk-in service, they aren’t appreciative of them as they will make a walk-in wait much longer than estimated & are dismissive to them. Too bad, great location & fairly nice salon.

Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t stick to a schedule. Also, beware that when getting a pedicure they will likely cut your cuticles until you bleed. I’m not sure why I keep coming back… Probably out of sheer convenience as it’s so close to my house.

Horrible. Sub par job. Paid for a pedi and got lotion rubbed on my legs and bad paint job on my toes. The nail polish didn’t even last a week, and the customer service was not great. The price was ridiculous for what they did.

Decent. This was my first time here. Went in for an acrylic fill and repair. Nail station was dirty, technician was snippy. The whole station(and others) were poorly kept. The fake nails from the client before me were still on the table when I arrived and stayed there my entire appointment. My nail technician hurt my nails many times when she was working on me, and paid no attention.

WTH? My issue is about getting exactly what I paid for and asked for(Shellac). I went in and asked specifically for a Shellac manicure($ 30) and proceeded to peruse the bottles of colors they had displayed on the wall near the front desk. I was then told there were more colors to choose from and was given several nail wheel color samples, some wheels were labelled«Shellac.» I chose a color from the Shellac wheel and we moved over to the chair to begin my manicure. When my previous polish(Shellac) was being removed, the manicurist kept asking me if my polish was a gel. I told him several times it was not a gel and it was Shellac(Shellac is a hybrid gel/polish). He then proceeded to remove the polish incorrectly, and filed it off which is damaging to the nail rather than soak it off with acetone, which is what you are supposed to do with Shellac. The manicurist, Brandon, proceeded to give me a manicure with a different brand than what I had asked for(he gave me Gelaicous). Why would they label a color wheel, «Shellac» and then switch it with a different product. Yes, they are both 14 day polishes, but they are different products with some including myself favoring Shellac. At the time, I didn’t know much about Gelacious and thought I would give it a try. If I knew then what I know now, I would have stopped him from applying it. On the positive side, Brandon did a very good job of cutting cuticles and did so precisely and gently. He application of the polish was precise and it lasted for the full 14 days. The arm massage was somewhat painful but perhaps that’s just me and someone else might like such a rigorous massage. As another reviewer mentioned, the setup of Lillian’s is nice and they seem very generous to their customers. I observed them to give many customers gift bags as it was the holidays when I visited. I didn’t receive a gift bag, and I presume this is because the gifts were for regular customers only. The salon does accept appointments and you can drop in too if you like.

Ok, so I’ve been to my fair share of mediocre nail salons. I’m really not the kind of picky person who needs to have the best service and care… I just want my toes and/or fingers to come out looking nicely. Which they did, in this case, but I just can’t get over the price. The setup of Lillian’s is actually very nice and a little different than the traditional Asian nail place(sorry, but that’s what it is). It was refreshing, in a way. And I would expect to pay $ 20 – 25 for just a pedicure. But $ 5 extra to have my callouses worked on? Isn’t that supposed to be part of a regular pedicure? I was just surprised and it was not what I was expecting at all. It seems like a good place if you want to get in and out during the day, and the women were really professional, but I just can’t get over that price stinger.
